Over all this is a very busy place but it could be allot worse, and the wait time isn't that bad at all. I do feel since everything is so fast pasted here they do mess up or forget items from your orders. Just double check your items before you leave. I noticed every person who entered the door was greeted right away. The lady who took my order was all over the place lol. And there are allot of workers doing allot around the registers. So it does feel overwhelming and if you have anxiety beware of this environment. The drive Thur was extremely busy almost all the time I've been by the place. And have more than one person taking orders outside so it seems that the line wasn't to bad. I also experienced on my very first time in any Chick-fil-A that items were not given and my receipt shows I was charged. So the wasn't a good look on there end. But the food is worth it despite the issues I've experienced.

This is quite possibly one of the busiest locations I've ever attended to. It is impossible to get in line safely because it's backed all the way out to the street that runs right up to the access road to the highway. I would highly suggest getting out of your car and going inside to order but anytime I've done that which is about every time I go. It literally only takes me possibly 10-15 minutes to get my order and get out the door so it's really not going to take you any longer. It might actually be quicker than going through the drive-thru to get your order placed....However, as we all knows, Chick-fil-A employees are second to none and they will go above and beyond every time to ensure that you are satisfied with your meal and will do anything they can to rectify any problems you may have. Just be sure to speak up if you have anything that you do not like in your stay and they will promptly fix it immediately in any way possible. I cannot overstate the fact that these employees are the best around and will do anything for you they can possibly do to make sure your stay is awesome and a great time.The food is always fresh, delicious correct? When I order without me having to check it and timely can't beat that...Dietary restrictions: There is some gluten-free options, however I'm not sure if there are any specific vegetarian dishes, but I know they can help you find something that you will be happy to eat if you just work with them.THEY HAVE SOME OF THE BEST SALADS AROUND; do not pass them up just get them sands chicken and you'll be totally satisfied with the freshness and promptness of the salad you order. To put it this way I'VE BEEN COMING TO CHICK-FIL-A FOR UPWARDS AND 15 YEARS AND ALWAYS ORDERED A SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH, since having a salad by a fluke one time, I have never ordered anything else for the past 3 years. I will always order Cobb salad with the spicy chicken breast instead of the chicken nuggets and you cannot go wrong ever with the selection. I suggest two ranch instead of the one that comes with it and order two of the dehydrated bell pepper croutons to go with it. You will not be disappointed I guarantee.Parking: I wouldn't suggest parking at the front or even the side of the building. If you're attempting to go inside, I would park in the back and walk up through the drive-thru area running along to the front door and going that way.The only way to get into the drive-thru almost all of the time is if you pull in out of the access road to the highway, take a right and then immediately take a right into the parking lot because it's always backed out to the street. So I just prefer to go inside cuz it's just too complicated to deal with the line.Don't get me wrong. The line will always move quickly if you choose to use it. I just prefer to go inside cuz it's just my vibeKid-friendliness: They have a playground kids The staff are absolutely great with kids... Never worry about the kid friendliness of a Chick-fil-A. You were always finding a friend when you need one if it comes to needing to entertain your little one for the weekend or for your meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair, accessibility and ramps everywhere. It is a fully accessible restaurant. Easy to be accessed by anyone differently abled or even people with intellectual learning disabilities
Delicious, glad they have two lanes now. But don't agree with Mobil Lane at allKid-friendliness: Inside. I would love them to bring ice cream back. Need large back. I miss it and so dies my sister and friends
