Worst experience! Carol was EXTREMELY RUDE! The restroom stay locked and need a code to get in .I work in construction and simply asked Carol if I could wash my hands prior to eating my lunch (who wants to eat with dirty hands?) She was rude in telling me I need a receipt 1st in order to use the restroom. I assured her that I was eating lunch but just wanted to wash my hands. She finally opened the door with an attitude! It’s not “what” she said but “how” she said it. I will NEVER return at this restaurant!!!!

Manager here is super racist. I went on June 5th and on the app it says you get 50 bonus points for drive-thru pick up. I picked my mobile order up in the drive thru but didn’t get my points. When I reached out to CFA Cares, they told me to reach out to the store since they offer that promo. I reached out to the store and they told me to go through CFA Cares. No one seems to be competent enough to help. The manager Tammy reached out today (June 10th) and kept telling me I was lying about the extra 50 points and it’s no where on the app. She also kept saying “you people do this all the time to get free food” and wouldn’t specify what she meant by that lol. I did everything the app said and frequent that location so I have no reason to lie. Do better CFA and get rid of these racist Karen’s yall have running your store.

Waited over 10 minutes food was cold black guy at window with green eyes was slow no understanding at all my sandwich was cold i called and complained the worker who answered phone was nasty chick-fil-a needs to train these workers

Most UNFRIENDLY chickfila I’ve ever been to. Have you ever been to a Chick-fil-A where literally no one says my pleasure I haven’t until today. The crew inside looks absolutely miserable as do any stuff that you interact with I’m completely understanding of the food industry and how hard it could be this was not a peak time or busy at all not under staff situation just truly unhappy people serving at this location. I also absolutely love to get a Mac n cheese for $4 to also not get a utensil to eat it with, that’s fun. Also no napkins, handed to me by a manager.
