I just came here and preferred a spicy biscuit that wasn’t fresh. Called and let them know they gave me another one fresh but took the other one back which was really weird to me because I thought after it’s out the restaurant it can’t be let back in to my knowledge. The lady Patricia took it back still & kinda had an attitude about it. Chick fil a is that normal for you guys?

easily the worst chick fil a in dallas. waited for my food for over 15 minutes and by the time it got to my car, my fries weren’t even hot enough. when my food was brought to my car, the manager (or whoever in that button down shirt) didn’t even say anything when he handed me my food. boooooo

cashier was rude and didn’t let me finish ordering at first. i asked for 6 sauces and they gave me four after i paid and told me there’s a 4 sauce policy without telling me before i paid bc i would have paid for more sauce if that was the case

Staff is rude. Didn’t let me finish my order to say I have a code before telling me my total and then making a comment about it. I asked for 5 chic fil a sauces 1 Polynesian (which then the person taking my order made a face) and then when I received my food I had only gotten 4 total sauces. When I asked for the rest I was told “only 4 per order.” Which is fine but I was never told that when I was ordering in the first place to be given the opportunity to buy more if needed. Overall bad energy.

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this location with the African American lady, and unfortunately, today was no different. The staff at the window was unfriendly and unwelcoming, barely acknowledging me while handing over my order. Customer service matters, especially when people are just looking to enjoy a good meal after a long day. Sadly, this kind of treatment has made me decide not to return. I hope management addresses these issues because good food should be matched with good service. She was at the window at 4, she needs training.

Idk if they don’t have proper training or a strict enough shift manager but every single time I come here they mess up something on my order. It’s getting so annoying. ( I shouldn’t have to check my things ) I ordered a cookie yogurt with no fruit got a plain yogurt. And my nuggets were cold 🙄

Was greeted at speaker and Began ordering the nuggets then fries, was told “hold on” with a rude tone of voice. Finished ordering. Pulled up to the window, there was barely any acknowledgement, no smile, drinks just being handed with the window open however the employee at the window returned talking to other employees with a different attitude, more positive, friendly, smiling. Spent about $44 on food and drinks just for the drinks to taste watered down and bland. But hey at least food was fresh and hot and had enough sauce.

Worst Chick fill a ever. Chicken was hard, fries were cold AND hard. Gotta pay for extra ketchup and sauce. And they also took forever. There was only two people inside with us and probably two cars in drive thru. Other Chick-fil-A’s take shorter time in completing an order and they are packed. And manager doesn’t know how to talk to people.

You won’t get the typical awesome CFA customer service experience here. They weren’t taking orders curbside so it was slow and the woman working the drive thru was rude. Drive to another location.
