I recently visited this Chick-fil-A location on Saturday, April 26, 2025, around 10 a.m., and I was really disappointed with my experience. I often come here for the great food and service and usually use my Chick-fil-A app, but this time was different.

When I picked up my order, I was greeted by a team lead named Rodolfo. He remarked, “This order has been here for a while. I was wondering why it took you so long to get here.” I found that comment unprofessional and sarcastic. After that, I sat down to enjoy my coffee, but it tasted really bad—like sweet tea mixed with creamer. When I went back to the counter to mention it, Rodolfo asked if it tasted like sweet tea before I even explained, which made me question how he knew without trying it himself. He then gave me a Chick-fil-A gift card that turned out to be invalid when I tried to redeem it online. I also asked for a cup of water, but I never received a refund for the coffee.

I’ve always appreciated this location and the service, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated. I hope to see improvements in the future. I sent a email to the operator.

Always had great experiences at chick fil a, but this time is different. If you accidentally entered the mobile lane, they will NOT take your order even the next lane is EMPTY! They will ask you to circle back but there are 10 cars in the front waiting. This is absolutely nonsense and unacceptable service!!

Ordered an 8 count nugget meal. Got home and they had given me 3 chicken strips instead. The kid won’t eat strips. So upsetting. It’s just ridiculous and careless and I’m sick of spending my hard earned money at places where people just don’t care about customer service!

This dump has a mobile only lane so if you are in that lane you can’t order anything. What waste of time !!

Seems like The Employees are angry before I order my bowl, for no reason, last time the guy didn’t even offer me beans and I was so turned off I didn’t realize it until I got home! I’ll never visit this location again!

I had a terrible experience with the drive-thru mobile order service at this location. I placed an order through the app for pickup, but when I arrived, the QR code wouldn’t scan and gave me an error. The app told me to contact a team member at the window, but the staff was completely unhelpful. They couldn’t find my order, even though it was clearly placed at the correct location and my card had been charged. They just kept telling me to scan the code again, but with 5 cars behind me, that wasn’t possible. In the end, I had to leave without my food, still charged for the order.

I called and spoke to a team leader, but they couldn’t offer any assistance either. I’m still waiting for a refund, and I’m not hopeful. It’s honestly embarrassing for a restaurant that dedicates an entire drive thru lane to mobile orders yet can’t handle basic technology. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Terrible service all around.

On 1/8/2025 around 6:30am I visited this location for breakfast. I entered the online lane, unknowingly and no one responded on the intercom. I’ve never experienced the separate lane issue at any other locations. I thought, no problem, I’ll order my breakfast sandwich with card in hand, understanding this might be an issue. The lady at the window stated they would be unable to take my order without me going around again. I had 10 cars in front of me initially. She stated because the line was long! Yeah , I know, I just sat in it!! She could have taken my order and I would have politely waited, but no she refused. I was really disappointed with this outcome and hungry. I work for a large company in the same neighborhood and they were angered to hear this story. Do better!! And no, I got nothing!

Ordered a grilled burger meal.
Substituted the bun with brioche and what we got was individual buns in the bag with grilled chicken and lettuce in a box. Had to construct own burger in the car later on.
Really pathetic experience.
