Eating Chicken is tiring but the convenience to be able to place mobile orders is better than any other chick-fil-a in the Metroplex. Employees are most times than not accommodating specially Tee. Be careful, Tee will talk your ear out.

I frequent Chick-fil-A locations often. This is the only location that I make it a habit to check my bag before I leave; there is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect when ordering during lunchtime. Maybe because of the busyness? I forgot to check my order prior to leaving today and yep, missing my chips! 🙄 And I don't know what it is about their original chicken sandwiches, but they always taste weird. I only got this one today because it was free in the app.

I literally stood there for 10 minutes before the tall Hispanic guy acknowledged me. He was too busy doing a delivery order. After he finished, he then proceeded to take my order as he burped and didn’t even, say excuse me. Que mal educado. 😐

This brand is always a safe bet. No matter the location, they consistently deliver good service and very good food (for fast-food standards), all with an impressive level of efficiency. Reliable, quick, and satisfying every time.
The afternoon shift seems to have a stick up you know where.The crew lacks what the morning crew does. Energy if you don't like your job get a new one.
Ms.cindy is possibly the only reason I come to eat there she's always attentive and never messes up my order.

Don't order at night the staff Russian food and they don't give you anything that's fresh it's all food that's already prepared and they left sitting there I know the difference between a french fry and a cold fry and a fry has been sitting there

I hadn’t ate the whole day , ordered a mobile order , came to the window , and they come and tell me they didn’t have pepper jack cheese for my spicy deluxe sandwich so of course I was fine with getting a different type of cheese for my sandwich … I arrived home and I came to find out that they put tomatoes and pickles on my sandwich AND THEY JUST SLAMMED THE CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH AFTER NOT HAVING THE CHEESE I WANTED THEY COULDVE ATLEAST MELTED THE CHEESE ON THERE. Very disappointing experience will not be going to this location anytime soon
