I am writing to formally report a serious food safety concern. I ordered Chick-fil-A nuggets, and when I bit into one, I discovered it was raw and not fully cooked. This was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. After biting into the raw nugget, I immediately felt sick to my stomach, as consuming undercooked chicken poses a significant health risk.
I contacted the store immediately to report the issue, but I was told that nothing could be done, which only heightened my concern. I have a video documenting the issue that clearly shows multiple nuggets were raw. Serving undercooked chicken is a major food safety violation, and the lack of action or resolution from the store is alarming.
This experience raises serious concerns regarding food handling, preparation standards, and quality control at this location. I expect this matter to be taken very seriously and addressed promptly to ensure the safety of customers and to prevent this from happening to anyone else

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and I’ve never experienced such sub par service. The morning crew on Friday was so rude from ordering to receiving my food. Even the manager is passive aggressive, when I ordered a mocha cold brew it came out completely white. Then when I asked them to remake it I can hear them bickering. They ask me to park in a spot while the remake it I said I’m running late to work now can I just grab it from you. The manager then proceeds to say hey you’re gonna go ahead and pull up to park or you’re not getting the drink.

poor customer service and uncooked food, I am baffled.. I ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle soup it’s a lil chilly out and feeling a little under the weather I absolutely love their soup it’s always a go to for me but I will not be returning to this Frankford location, as I was eating my soup I bite into some chicken and it’s raw pink uncooked & let me not forget to mention they gave me my soup order with no spoon or my crackers I could honestly cry.. I only feel worse now.. I give this location 0/10 rating 0 stars hope this review reaches the right person and can better train employees
