Micheal, who I believe is the manager went above and beyond. I purchased our food in the app before making the drive but there was a glitch and they didn’t have any record of our order on their end. I didn’t mind waiting bc the plan was for my son to play in the playground area but they got our food out right away! Amazing, friendly service, glad this is our neighborhood CFA

Matthew and Jonah are pure examples of what every Chic Fil A strives to be in terms of service. I placed an order and went to the bathroom. When I came back to the counter for my order, the FREELY offered to remake my order to ensure it was fresh. There aren’t many people out there that strive to make sure the customer is taken care of. The nighttime manager, Nate, is an absolutely awesome person! He exemplifies everything you think about whenever you think Chick-fil-A. I was having issues with a mobile order I placed and it was 30 minutes before the store closed and Nate was determined to make sure that I got my order. His tenacity and determination were beyond what you would expect from any restaurant even Chick-fil-A! Very satisfied with his customer service
