Nice place, I love it.

Curbside pickup makes ordering a breeze. My friend and I stopped by in the afternoon to grab lunch and a shake. My friend had never used the app before, but she was able to customize her order with ease. Service was friendly, and everything was delicious.

This review is now only for this location but for all the chick-fil-a restaurants. Chick-fil-a was my favorite fast food restaurant. I maybe started to using the app since 2014, but i started eating your sandwiches way before that. So I know what it supposed to taste like!!!!!!

Employees are not kind or nice to people!!

Where is the chick-fil-a people used to love? Where is the quality you wanted to serve? Its all gone!!!! Your price is going up but quality is going down seriously. I used to eat chick-fil-a at least,AT LEAST!! 4-5 times a week but now I rarely go just to check if your quality is coming back. Well it seems like its never coming back.

Well they can’t do anything about quality of food since they just received product from the company. Food prepared ok.

Just their employees are not very nice to customers. I dont ask for much these days but at least you should train your employees not to roll their eyes or sigh right in front of customers. Only part we felt relieved was that they were not rude just to us instead employees were rude to everyone in the restaurant.

Food is always good. But service has gone down hill. Went to the drive-through, and there was a guy who had an attitude when we ask to see the menu before, we told him what we wanted.
He then went down the entire menu verbally. I said, could we just look at the menu?

He had an attitude and walked away.
Then walked back up to us once we were at the menu and rushed us through the order

Not to mention, he was a male using a female voice. Talked to us in two different absolute different tones.

I walked in because the store doesn’t have curbside. When I walk in there is a MASS of people waiting for orders. Granted it’s lunch times it to be expected but orders weren’t really coming out as quickly as the obvious demand. Saw several managers just waiting and not necessarily looking to speed anything up, might as well pay them $10 to just stand and wait for an order then hand to the customer. The craziest part to me was the only cashier up front NOT taking orders for customers that were in line, maybe 6 or so; she was making drinks for delivery/ mobile/ or whatever to go orders. The people in line sat there watching her make drinks and not help them for 10 minutes! It was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. I won’t be back to this location as it seems to need some leadership and organization.

Kristi’s location has always been our go to spot since day 1 when she opened this location. I even used to be an employee here. It just seems like her afternoon staff just doesn’t care enough to give customer service. We walked in and the first we noticed was dirty tables. We placed an order and both sandwich and fries were cold. Mind you we were standing in line for a good 5 minutes just trying to place an order, while the team members looked at us and just kept walking back and forth. We will still come and continue to show love to Kristi’s location but I think we will stick to morning and lunch shift. It’s a very different environment.

Had a small hiccup with my order, spoke to Dominique the team lead i believe (i may have gotten the name wrong, i apologize!) but he got our situation straightened out and was very professional!
As always the team was very courteous and made us feel welcomed. I always go out my way to go to this specific location because of that, excellent service!

This is a nice clean location. The food has fresh some other locations. But like most Chick-fil-A’s, it was consistently above average.
