I got some salads and not fresh at all. The lettuce was droopy, the apples looked super old, I counted 2 blueberries and there slices of discolored old strawberries that they had already stained the lettuce. What a disappointment that I found out salads were super old until I had arrived to my destination and started eating. I would have never extended the food here is deteriorating. Please do something about the salads because I cannot believe I wasted my money and I couldn’t even get a call back or anything from the location. CARES just told me to give my info that someone will reach out to me. I doubt it.

Is there any reason why whenever I ask my order and I ask for 3 KETCHUPS, 3 chick fill a Sauce and 3 zesty buffalo sauce… THEY ONLY GIVE 1 each???? And I CLEARLY SPECIFIC told them several times that I need 3 each wtf!!!! If I said 3 of each it’s because I want 3 of each Not just 1… I come here 3 days of the week and it’s always the same freakin problem

Loe one of the mangers & the young man which was helping us who in high school & just promoted to the team lead, are amazing! Super helpful & nice! Made a stressful morning much smoother!
I'm not sure if it's the chick fil that close to me and don't get me wrong it is still good but I felt like my faith in chick fil a has been a little bit lacking. However, my visit to this one has brought me BACK TO LIFE!!! I had to use the restroom and when I came in I was greeted which was very nice, then the drive thru staff was very polite and courteous. Lastly, the food was very very good it reminds me of when I first fell in love with chick fil a! Y'all keep up the great job and I just want to say that you made my crappy day better, I needed that :)!
My food was incorrect. I called to advise about the incorrect order, but the VM was full. I expect better from Chick-fil-A.

Not happy that the order taker at the inside counter took my son’s order today 09/23/24, repeated it back, then only delivered the drink. His excuse was that he thought my son ordered only a drink! Then why repeat the order back for a kids’ chicken nugget meal?!? Not happy with this location. Won’t be back.
