I have ordered food from this Chick-fil-A twice now in need of it to be delivered by a certain time. Both times, I have had to leave without my order being delivered because the restaurant didn’t even start preparing it until the marked delivery time. This wouldn’t really be an issue, except when you call the restaurant you don’t actually get to speak with anyone at the restaurant. The automated phone system just kicks you out to their call center. When I went back to cancel my order after being on a call with a customer support agent, of course, the meal had been accepted and I can no longer cancel. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from Chick-fil-A.

I’m never ordering at this store location again… I placed an online order an hour ahead and still didn’t get my food. However, this was a $30 delivery order. I had to call and cancel it due to my lunch break will be over by time they get here. This store has caused me to be hungry all day at work ????????? #
Thank you to the beautiful manager Alyssa up front who helped us get our food in a very fast manner, and showed us great customer service before closing tonight. Albert was also quick and very helpful at the checkout. They are definitely setting a good example of what Chick Fil A stands for when it comes to quality service!
My son experience of working for a year was the worst the managers since he had started was the worse they would not treat him right at all and he wouldn't do anything wrong except do what the managers would tell him to do.

You can't beat Chick-fil-A when you have a 7 year old... he loves the chicken, and I don't feel bad when he eats it. Plus, when we have a little extra time, the play area is on his top 10 list!
