Horrible staff was extremely rude management was not helpful at all and laughed when I was trying to figure out what was going on including the staff. came to pick up a order and staff said someone already picked up the order after I talked to the customer and the customer said she never received a order

I don’t bother with the grocery store(not proud of this) I eat out everyday and frequent “The Chick”(nickname for chick-fil-a) …..anyway my point is it would be nice to get some ketchup in the bag. There’s no option for ketchup on ubereats.
I ordered 2 cob salads didn’t get any silverware, I ordered a kids meal didn’t get the drink, ordered an 8oz Chick-fil-A sauce didn’t receive. The establishment was not even busy for them to be so negligent on my order.

I usually don’t give reviews but the mixed/spanish guy who has a lot of spots on his face is a biased racist who preys on black delivery drivers in a passive aggressive way. Chick fil-a used to be a nice place but my several experiences with this guy makes me dread going there to pick food. He needs to do better and not treat people like trash, Chick fil-a needs to do better and employ better staffs who don’t look down on people
