They were closed and closing up shop but the staff were willing to still serve me. This was my main dinner before the flight so I'm very thankful for the great service to go out of their way.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Total Disappointment
Chick-fil-A is no longer what it used to be. The food is still as delicious as always, but the service at the Terminal D location in Dallas-Fort Worth Airport is an absolute disaster. The staff is rude, shows zero interest in helping, and their appearance is sloppy—shirts untucked, completely unprofessional. Chick-fil-A used to be a place known for elegance, friendly smiles, and outstanding service; now here they ignore you, treat you poorly, and clearly don’t care about the customer.
It’s a shame because the brand once stood out for its impeccable service. I will never return to this location.

The food is always fantastic at CFA, I never expect less nor have I experienced less. The service is usually extra wonderful too, unfortunately, Today, one employee decided to go against the Chick-Fil-A norm and she was not only not kind but she made me feel highly unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. It all started when I found an empty table but it was extremely dirty as the previous customers left ketchup all over thr table and here were no other tables available. I was looking around for napkins to clean it up and realized there were no napkins but I did spot an employee next to the garbage station. Her name is XXXX (if a manager contacts me I will gladly provide her name) according to her name tag. I smiled at her and asked if she could clean the table, she turned her back to me and never responded so i asked again but she didnt turn sround. Then my husband walked up and I told him I needed the table cleaned so he asked her a 3rd time. She slowly walked over with a cleaning wipe and as she was cleaning the table she started saying stuff in Spanish. I heard some of it but not all and I told her it was rude for her to talk to me in Spanish when I was talking to her in English so she did start speaking English but mumbling so I could not hear her as she slowly cleaned the table. I thought all was done but then as we were eating our meal, she took a seat on the bar and faced me and sat there staring at me for at least 15 minutes. It was extremely disconcerting. All I asked her to do was clean the table. If the supplies were obvious and available, I would have gladly cleaned my own table. I have never experienced anything like this at a CFA and I hope I never do again.

Horrible service. I ordered just an 8 piece chicken nuggets and waffle fries. 20 minutes later no food. I had to board my plane. They said they were still cooking nuggets. They offered grilled. I said fine. Then they came back and said they are cooking those too. I wound up just getting a refund. One guy said he had been waiting 40 minutes! Ridiculous! Sorry chick fila, will never eat at your restaurant again

We ordered 3 #2’s with OJ at Chick-fil-A. We even tipped at a fast food place which is completely inappropriate. I worked fast food for decades. They overcharged me for French fries that I didn’t order and refused to bring our order past the counter where the crowd of guests were herding. I knew I shouldn’t have tipped at a fast food restaurant.

Chick-fil-A has quickly become one of our top 3 favorite places to eat out as a family. Their spicy chicken sandwich is our go-to — crispy, flavorful, and always satisfying. Our daughter is a big fan of the Chick-fil-A nuggets, and it’s the one place we all agree on without hesitation. What really takes it to the next level for us is the Chick-fil-A sauce. We’re huge fans — we even buy bottles from the store to keep at home. Sometimes we crave just the sauce by itself — it’s that good! It pairs perfectly with everything, and we honestly could eat it anytime, anywhere. Aside from the food, we really appreciate the quality of their chicken and the consistency in taste and service across locations. Every visit feels familiar and reliable, which is something we really value. If you're looking for consistently great food and a sauce that’s borderline addictive, Chick-fil-A never misses!
