I ordered a 12 ct and received 9 nuggets. On top of that one of the pieces was just the batter only. So technically I got 8 pieces. I called and the manager took my info for a replacement.
I stopped by tonight to get the replacement order. Got to the table and counted 10 nuggets. Took it back up to the counter and the employee took the box back and handed me another order of nuggets. Got back to the table and counted 11 nuggets. I gave up. I wasn’t in the mood to deal with it.
The employees need to slow down and count the nuggets! For the price we pay we need to get every single piece.

My parents don’t speak English but there was a employee who knew Spanish She was disrespectful and rude to my mother And in the early morning I also had a pickup order and waited around 15mins until I actually went up there and asked for my order and then the order was wrong ? My coffee was horrible and I was missing a item I will not be returning ? I would rather drive further away that go back to this location.

Each time I’ve visited this location, Chick Fil A @ Red Bird, I’ve encountered exceptional customer service, prompt greetings and genuinely friendly and service centric employees. Today I visited close to the restaurant opening, to pick up a large order.. The catering team welcomed me with excitement, they knew exactly who I was and assisted me with walking my order to my car. They were actually doing me a favor by accepting my order with such short notice, but they treated me like royalty and handed me a “Thank You” card at the conclusion of my visit. When it comes to delivering great food and proving an unmatched customer experience, the Chick Fil A Red Bird team nails it every single time! I appreciate their consistency and commitment to serving their customers and community.
This is by far the best location I’ve visited with the nicest people I’ve met lately! Specifically the gentleman who was working drive thru today around 11AM. I had an issue with my card and started looking for cash and only found $12. The meal was almost $20 altogether. I was so embarrassed and I just kept apologizing to him for taking so much of his time. He generously offered to pay for my meal and wouldn’t take any of the cash I had on me. I felt so terrible and he told me it was not an issue at all and to have a great day! He was very respectful and very caring about the situation! I will be returning to this location!

All the staff there are friendly and always ready to accommodate our catering orders. The boxes of coffee are always hot, the sandwiches are fresh and hot at lunch, and the brownies and cookies are a good treat. Thanks to Rachel in catering, for all of your help in our orders! We appreciate you guys.
