From the moment I walked in, she embodied the true Chick fil a values of kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality.
She went above and beyond to make sure my meal was fresh and that I had everything I needed. What really stood out was her warm smile and the way she made me feel welcomed, not just as a customer, but as a valued guest. She even checked in on me during my meal to make sure I was enjoying everything, which added such a personal touch to the experience.
The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and Jakira’s professionalism made it all the more enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her role and truly cares about serving others with excellence.
