I ordered a 12 ct and received 9 nuggets. On top of that one of the pieces was just the batter only. So technically I got 8 pieces.
I called and the manager took my info for a replacement.
I stopped by tonight to get the replacement order.
Got to the table and counted 10 nuggets. Took it back up to the counter and the employee took the box back and handed me another order of nuggets.
