This location is quickly turning into a McDonald’s. Might as well just hand them a $20 and say surprise me because they are gonna get it wrong anyways. 3rd visit in a row where they got the order wrong. Disappointing really for such a new store.

A brand new location closer to us than are usual go-to. They have 3 drive thru lanes! One for mobile ordering, which is very convenient for us, and 2 regular lanes. We have gone several times and every time there has been no line for the mobile ordering lane. We dined inside when it first opened and my daughter LOVED the robot delivery device. What a fun feature. The food is great. The staff are always friendly and inside is very clean, but it is brand new.

Pretty sure it’s still under construction but it is open. The drive through here reminds me of a bank. Hey chick fil a, why don’t you have the option of adding mayo to your chicken sandwich? (other than having do it myself I mean) Popeyes saw the problem. And it was the missing mayo. I know yall know they have a bomb af sandwich like y’all’s… but it has mayo. Like God intended. (And they have delicious fries too. )Maybe yall should have shopped around for a location not so close to a competitor that has a better sandwich? Or you could just start allowing customers to have yall finish making my sandwich..Dietary restrictions: They don’t put mayo on the sandwich if you ask them to. I know they don’t come that way, but they give a mayo packet if you ask! Rude.

As someone living with anxiety, don’t come here! It’s a disaster during lunch time.I placed an order ahead to avoid waiting with people and my order was still not ready 20 minutes later. Employees had no idea where my order was….? Instead of just remaking a new one? I was on the verge of a panic attack because at this point I am having to exchange too many words with the employee in something that was simply supposed to be a pick up order. I just went to replace an order at the counter but magically my order was found right there and then.

This was the first time I have had my food delivered to the table by a robot pretty crazy. This location is new and clean with great service.

So happy to live near a Chick fil-a finally but be prepared to wait a long time. One of my favorite parts about CFA (aside from the food and the friendliness) is how quickly they move through a line but you’ll be parked here forever. I’ve been here now over a dozen times since they’ve opened. Hopefully it’s just because the staff is new and learning. I’ll continue going here and update later

Even if this wasn’t the closest CFA for me, the mobile drive through lane would make this my favorite. If you order ahead on the app, you can go through the mobile drive through line, scan the QR code with the app when you arrive, and pull up toThe window for your food. When I got there (5:30 Saturday night) the mobile line was 1/4 the length of the regular drive through.
