This Chick-Fil-A is the WORST. Always takes forever to get orders out. They never give you the correct sauces. We called to let them know that we were kissing a few things placed my husband on hold for a second & hung up. The operator is a joke.

I ordered a 12 piece combo. They were so hard, over cooked and tasted super weird. I've never had this experience from a chick fila. If it wasn't for the great customer service, I would've given this place 1 star.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, this location is closest to me and every time I come to this location I’m reminded why I choose to drive further to different locations.

They never put salt on their fries even if you ask for them to put extra salt on your fries. They also never smile or seem to be happy at all. When you say thank you to them they don't even say it back. Specifically talking about the ones that are in the inside operating the drive-thru

Terrible...no mobile lane...I had to come in the restaurant before the breakfast cut off. Ordered way before breakfast endedotally disorganized...no leadership inside. Have never spent this much time waiting for an order at a location. Will never come back. HORRIBLE!!

Absolutely the worst chick-fil-a ive been too! They was supposed to replace my order because they gave me undone nuggets but was trying to make me come in when I just had surgery . The Manager Andrea Rolled her eyes at me. You rolling your eyes at the wrong people all because you’re frustrated with your employees, Do Better.

This is the first chick fil an establishment I have been to where the wait time is horrible. And what is the point of offering mobile thru at this location if you still have to wait in the drive thru line as normal?
They short you on fries.

I’m going to be completely honest for I have given this location multiple trials to get it right but every experience has been horrible. There needs to be a quality check on the food and a meeting with the staff for appropriate attitude.
Multiple times I have gone through the drive thru having to request my order through the app. I say “order for Stephen” and more than 3 times has the associate says “you mean Stefan?” And I reply with “It’s Stephen but yes” and they say “no it’s spelled like Stefan!” How are you going to correct me in the pronunciation of my own name?!? How rude is that? I say my name clearly and you’re going to correct me? What a shame!
Multiple times I have received food that was cold and get stale fries! This time my nuggets were soggy and cold as I drove away from the store! The boy at the window literally dropped my straw when handing me my drink and said “whoops” then turns around to talk about their plans this weekend?!? I say “excuse me can I get a straw” 3 times!!!! And he continues to ignore me and I drive away and just drink without the cap!
I only come to this location because it’s convenient before my commute home to Fort Worth! Probably not even going to come here anymore due to the horrible customer service.
