I have no idea how EVERY TIME you forget which size drinks are supposed to be and that there needs to be dressing with the salad. How hard is it to put together a to go order?? It's already rung in for you. You don't have to modify anything on the fly!

I have only ever eaten at this restaurant once before this evening. It was nearly 3 years ago. I guess I had to remind myself how disgusting the chicken is. Why dump the entire salt shaker on a chicken sandwich? Like I wanted a little salt with the chicken. Not a little chicken with all of the salt. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK! Absolutely disgusting food.

I love Chick-fil-A but this made me very disappointed, I understand they have a certain breakfast time, so I placed a breakfast order at 10:18am, my coworker goes and picks up the food, when she arrives they tell her that they have no breakfast at all, I’m sorry but I did this order through my Chick-fil-A app, they have my number and email, they could have called to let me know that they weren’t going to have breakfast. I got a refund but it’s ridiculous how they could have let me know before I arrived. One worker said they only had one chicken minis, then she says she can make me a breakfast burrito and then the other worker says they have nothing at all, some Chick-fil-As will give you breakfast even if it’s passed the time. Do better…

HAIR in my pregnant cousins number 1 no pickles. Literally. The young lady instantly apologized and brought her a new one, but still wtfffffff.
I asked a young man who was running food for a refill of my son’s passionfruit lemonade, he instantly responded with a, “they’ll help you up front”. Umm okay so I walked up there for the same gentleman to refill the drink with only lemonade. I asked for the passionfruit and he mumbled something like, “unfortunately, blah blah blah”. Ooooook. Annoyed. I recently moved to the area, but will drive back towards my usual White Rock Location where they refill my drinks with pleasure and don’t serve me HAIR on a bun.

This was one of the worst CFA experiences to date. Came for a quick breakfast pit-stop, and it left me feeling sick. The chicken was stringy and severely dry. The foil was somehow folded into the chicken biscuit, so I got some foil with the first stringy bite. The hash browns were sparse and cold.
The service was just ok. I know it's probably one of the busiest locations, but I will never return to this location.

I’ve eaten there way too many times and the service is always garbage. I don’t know how many damn chances I’ve given them. This time they confirmed a 10am interview, I showed up on time, and they made me sit there for 50 minutes before saying they’d have to reschedule. Are you kidding me? Absolute waste of my time. I seriously hope that place goes out of business — the food is trash now too. It’s gone completely downhill.
