The absolute worst CFA location ever. The employees give POOR customer service. They can not accommodate certain requests/customizations because “they’re too busy” yet they have too whole buildings??? What I ask for isn’t even hard. I ask for no salt on fries, because they ALWAYS give super salty fries here and they say they can not because they are too busy for that. Recently I had an even worse experience there with a team lead there that has a horrible attitude and instead of talking to me and explains she simply just walked away. They hire just anyone here and that’s why the service is so mediocre. Make the drive and go to the Chick-fil-A off retail road instead. They are much more friendlier over there and can actually accommodate requests for food YOU ARE PAYING FOR.

I was disappointed with a young Hispanic girl who was working at the drive thru. She didn't smile nor acknowledge me after taking my order but had the nerve to interact with her colleagues. Her vibe was like she didn't want me there and won't be coming back. I get better service at the Richardson restaurants better than this location.
Dear Chick-fil-A,Every time I come to pick up my veggie wrap sandwich you tell me to pullover like I did some sort of crime ( it is a joke), and I would joke around saying I must be the only one ordering this sandwich so they are getting it from the back of the freezer.However, today my joke became real because my sandwich was literally freezing on the inside. So my message to you is: Please take more care of your vegan/ vegetarian customers, because if a cow says eat more chicken, then a chicken says eat more veggies. Thank you.

Chick-fil-A Red Oak has been great since day one. The new drive through seems to be working well.
This was the worse’s experience of my life. I went through the drive thru to get a grub hub order because my hip is fractured and was told by the first person that I had to pick it up inside. I explained to him that my hip is injured and that the other chick-fil-a allow me to use the drive thru. He told me to ask them at the window. Luis the team lead told me to park and he would bring it out to me. After ten minutes of waiting Luis came out and told me they will a have another driver pick it up because they do not serve colored people. I wanted to immediately fight but I controlled my temper and ask to speak with a manager. Fabiola the manager did not believe me and basically condoned his racist behavior. I reported this to the Better Business Bureau and is waiting a response. If you are black stay away from this chick-fil-a
