This place has gone to cacamunga!! I call to place an order of chicken 🐔 livers NOT ON THE MENUE...NEVER NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE???? Further more... the website...DOES NOT LET YOU REQUEST any changes??? Really 🤗?? I drive by daily to my office... You AINT that busy to not answer your calls!!!

Food was fresh and good (catfish). Problem was we ordered a chicken dinner and a catfish dinner. When we got back to the hotel we only had the catfish dinner. So my wife had to go without dinner. Just kidding, I had to go get her something else, it was too far to drive back to Chicken Express.

Flat hard biscuit, spicy chicken was good but original was dry, fried pickles had little flavor… somehow..? But pretty much what I expected at chicken E. Been years since I’ve been and it will be years till I return.

Ok I waited 7 years for this and I can say it is just as good as before if not better, same great flavor same great fried pickles all I can say is give me more YUMMY
They clearly go my order wrong. I go back to complain and I get an incomplete 2nd order. I go back to complain and the manager has an attitude. I told her, I am sorry but the food is wrong and was making excuses and rolling her eyes at me. Horrible customer service. The lunch crew are so much nicer. I will avoid the PM CREW.
