Does this look like normal chicken express fries? Or does this look like some walmart bought fries :( ? My bag was sealed so it Definitely wasn't the driver, also somebody needs to clean the drink machines they have a mildew/mold taste. Bet the main drink lines feeding the machines are filthy and barely cleaned. The chicken was good though hence the two stars.

This one doesn't have the sweet tea that lm use too, the tea was barely sweet. The chicken express off of 75 and royal sweet tea is very sweet, which l wasn't close to that one at the time, so that's why l went to this one for the first time and didn't enjoy the tea.

The lady w/the headset taking the orders is very Rude! There was no greeting & she was only able to force "anything else,"out of her mouth as if there was a limit on what could be ordered. It irritates me to no end to be rushed while I'm placing an order. When I'm done I always say "That'll be it!" A person w/zero Customer Service skills should not be on the window or front counter! Won't be back to this location!!

I don’t know what’s going on with this place but, my order was made at the DRIVE IN mic then Re asked at the window as if i didn’t tell the guy that took my order (of whom repeated my whole order over the DRIVE IN mic).They have what looks like a whole family working here, and they were playing around a lot…trying to trip one another and giggly (NOT FUNNY AND NOT PROFESSIONAL) and dangerousAfter repeating my order 4 times they did NOT get it right …..meaning i had to order additional items that i had originally requested..It took one person to cook my order …pass it to one of the ladies with her back towards me Then to another lady to close the box…I don’t trust that at ALL!LASTLY I HAD TO PARK AND WAIT AND NOTICED THAT ITEMS THAT I ASKED FOR WERE NOT IN MY BOX…(Oh yeah.. I had to ask for a bag to put my food into, they didn’t even give my food to me in a bag they gave it to me with a 1/2 open box of hot food, )WITH MISSING ITEMS I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR AND WALK IN …that totally defeated up my whole purpose for going through the drive through experience in the first place!I won’t be coming back here …and i don’t think anyone else should either…And…NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED…..Very VERY DISAPPOINTED
