I had an outstanding experience at Chili’s. The service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely attentive, which meant a lot as someone who is disabled. It’s rare to find a team so ready and willing to assist without hesitation.

Chili’s also has a few vegan options available, which I really appreciate. I ordered the Oldtimer with the Impossible burger, customized with no bun, no cheese, and all the veggies. The burger was delicious, and the staff made sure everything was prepared exactly the way I needed it.

My total came to $15.30, and I gladly tipped $5.00, bringing my amount to $20.30—well worth it for the quality of service I received.

Overall, the food was great, and the staff was absolutely over the top in the best way. Highly recommend this location in the Airport!

Gary is AMAZING! Had a little layover here and he made my vist awesome! He's a GREAT server with a wonderful personality, great sense of humor, cultured and very intelligent. It was such a pleasure to have been seated in his section. I will DEFINITELY visit again if he's there! The food was pretty good too.

The food was good and the service was fine, but the prices were outrageous (typical for an airport restaurant, I guess…). The real kicker is they don’t take Chili’s gift cards… really? I use an app to get cash back through gift cards, so I bought one and then was told they can’t take it. Super weird to me… the supervisor on duty couldn’t tell me why and said it was weird himself. Decent place to grab some food and charge your phone, I guess.

We were sat, we waited, the table behind us was sat and they were greeted, we waited another 7 minutes before a server spoke to us. We didn't complain. When the manager came by he was super rude!! We were shocked at how he approached us! I DO NOT recommend!!

I was at the Chili's in Dallas Love Field Airport and didn't eat anything, but ordered a beer. It hit the spot.

What a surprise. Expecting the typical horrible airport food but the food came out quickly, was tasty and fresh and the server was really nice. Not a huge Chilis fan anymore but this one surprised me. Great job.
