Chili's is a great place for friends or family meals. This location is one of the better ones when it comes to food and service.

Food was great. Service was not fantastic. I had a group of kiddos with me leaving a robotics contest, and the waitress was just not friendly and seemed frustrated with them while they were trying to order. Easy to access this location.

I order from this location and called in to make sure order was received correctly, even after calling the items were not correct.
Food here is usually pretty good. I orders the Nashville hot crispers. My first piece tasted a little off I could not tell what it was. Also the loaded mash potatoes felt like it came out of an expired box very off putting. The service was a little slow but I understand she was busy so I can’t really complain. She was very friendly. This was an okay experience.

I went here today looking forward on a chili day to have the lunch combo of chili and a salad. This location did not have chili and the waitress said they are planning to take off the menu. This was always a stellar item on their menu. The chicken enchilada soup was good but very disappointing to hear they are discontinuing chili. Google said this was not the case so very confused.

Food was very good as always, coming here is a sure bet. Service was very fast but a lack of attention, had to order many times certain things and even drinks. Food was ready so fast though.
Parking: Parking is only one entrance not on the main street

We dined at this Chili’s last night and I was astonished at how quick the service was. I’ve had issues with my local Bedford Chili’s being super slow and the food being disgusting, so we decided to travel further to see if there was a difference and my gosh there was! In less than 2 minutes we got out drink order taken, the drinks arrived at the table, and our skillet queso ( really good portion and consistency) also arrived at the table which is astonishing because at the Bedford location this would all take around 30 mins and the queso would be watery. I definitely applaud the management at this location (1610 N Cockrell Hill Rd, Dallas, TX) and their employees.

Love the chicken bowl with all the fixings from bemas, pico, corn, grilled bell peppers and red onions, guacamole, lettuce and more. Healthy servings and flavor for days. I will be back.
