Worst experience ever! Avoid this location at all costs. Was expecting a quiet dinner with a friend but turned out completely the opposite. The waiter was on something (drunk or on drugs) bc started by making inappropriate comments, trying to be funny. Then, my order was all wrong. Apparently, the Maragarita Grilled Chicken comes with broccoli even though it doesn't say it on the menu. But according to him, they keep changing the menu. My plate came with too much black beans and no rice, and a side of broccoli. Which, once again, does not say on the menu and something I did not order. Then the manager comes over and instead of making it right, he makes it even worse by making it seem like it was my fault. It was like I was in the Twilight Zone or something, I couldn't believe what was happening. I had leave quickly before my anger got the better of me.
All staff need to do better at this location, and I mean ALL staff. Time for some retraining.

Team Maxwell - Ride or Die's! My friend and I came here because I was craving their lava cake. We were luck enough to get Maxwell, who was kind, funny, fast, and professional. He exceeded expectations. I let him know that I wanted to close out the tab immediately, and some servers will be far less attentive after you paid. Not him. He made sure we were taken care of until the moment we left.
Overall, it was a great atmosphere filled with friendly and lively energy.
10/10 experience, will def come back and request Maxwell! Thanks man ^.^

I spent almost 100.00 to have to keep letting the to go lady know all my food was not in the bag and then it wasnt hot and good i get it. The place was busy and everyone looked overwhelmed but when people spend their money it should be worth it
Horrible customer service from our server. She immediately started giving us passive aggressive attitude, snatched my friend’s ID from their hand and just completely gave us different service compared to their other customers around us. Completely unprofessional and I’m pretty sure when we asked for the manager, the person who talked to us was far from that because when we asked for her name, it seemed like they came up with it on the spot. I don’t give reviews often, but she genuinely was one of my worst experiences when coming into a restaurant to enjoy myself. Her name was “Shakeisha”.

Don’t come here at night since the staff starts kicking people out at 9 even though restaurant yesterday 11/11 closed at 10:30. We had a rude waitress Shakisha (if that’s even her name) she was condescending and snatched IDs . When confronted about her rude behavior she responded that it was her last day working there and she’s going to another chilis. It’s disappointing that management did nothing and basically told us the same thing. “It’s her last night” I guess it’s a custom for employees to act up on their last day but it’s even crazier that management did not seem to care since they were near closing
