It’s a Chili’s so you know what you’re expecting, and this place delivers all of those things in spades. it felt appropriately staffed, and I got exactly what I was expecting.
We ordered To-go in the app, food arrived promptly but then I soon discovered why! The brisket on the brisket burger was definitely microwaved, the fries were ice cold obviously had those pre-made to prepare for a rush. The best part of my To-go meal was the fat cup of ranch I got with it.

Walked in on a Friday night there were loads of tables available. They made us wait 20+ mins because the kitchen was backed up on mobile orders. They wouldn’t even let us sit down so we walked out. Serve the people who are standing there waiting first!

Been waiting on my food for a hour because they had to remake it they gave my food away to the wrong person hubby had to go inside after waiting this long still I normally don't write reviews but this is ridiculous.. smh I understand accidents happen but jeesh Ive never had to wait this long for food.
