The waiter had to come back and asked what I ordered twice. (Tenders, no mac, sub corn) Ended up getting charged for food I did not order and did not receive. What I did receive were chicken tenders that had breading that could break a tooth.

I hate to give 2 or 3 stars because the waitress was amazing however there are things that could not be overlooked. JUST WANT TO REPEAT WAITRESS WAS NOT THE PROBLEM.Just nasty all the way around. Flies everywhere. Margarita of the month was nasty. The only bright spot was the waitress. She was fantastic. I believe she said her name was Sammy. She had strawberry blonde hair. Very attentive, nice, funny, joined in with the party. The rest of the experience really was not good. Thank you to our waitress Sammy

You all need to seal up the uber eats orders for safety and hygiene purposes!!! I would expect much more from a large establishment like Chilis. You should not send delivery orders out unsealed period.
Clearly says Uber eats on the receipt. Do better

Oh my god. The woman with the sleeves and the braids was the worst waitress I’ve ever had. I understand that restaurants get busy, but why are you giving me an attitude when I’m not being rude to you or demanding that you pay attention to me right now. 30 minutes from our arrival she tried getting us to check out. Our ice completely melted before she could come to ask us if we wanted anything else (which we did). We asked for orders to go and they came an hour later. We tried asking for drinks but she never came to check on us, and we didn’t want to be THOSE people. When it came time to pay there were extra items on the tab including the tablet games that no one at our table even played. In the end, she said her manager took care of the extra items but insisted that someone at the table was supposed to pay for those but didn’t. Overall, she ruined the environment of the place, and I don’t want to go again if she’s going to be our waitress.
1 week later update: we came again and 2/3 waters have bugs/black specs on it

We ordered the $10 big three as advertised in the football commercial. The server didn’t try to keep us in our mindset. We were optioned into extra things we could have done without. I took half my hamburger home!
Awful place. I placed one go to order here and I will never do it again. I went to the To-Go section and for 5 minutes, no one was there. I saw my food behind the counter but no one was there to hand me the food. I just grabbed it because obviously no one is coming. I ordered a Triple Dipper and I'm missing one of the dippers. I go back inside and wait another 5 minutes while a waitress with strawberry blonde hair just sat in a booth, looking at me but not saying anything. FINALLY, someone comes and said the reason that they didn't give me a dipper was because they were out of it. So Chili's, you're more than welcome to take my money and waste my time but just give me my triple dipper.
The burger was great. Service was very friendly.
