This location is understaffed. So you have to show some patience however the food is good it’s hot waiters are friendly and the place is clean . Needs a few more employees. The folks that aré there are overworked.

Actually I used to eat there about three times a week now I'm down to about once a month The last couple times I ate there they make the little sliders wrong The chicken boneless chicken with buffalo sauce the chicken was half cold I don't know maybe they were having problems but this was two or three times in a row so I'm kind of just backed off

Good food and great customer service! Franky was our waiter for a table of 12 and he was the BEST!! Everyone’s food came out nice and warm and no mistakes. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, so definitely highly recommend this Chili’s.
