Makayla was our server and she's AWESOME!!! I came with 3 girls and she had patience when it came to them ordering their food, suggestions and recommendations..Food was great , didn't have to wait too long. Ill definitely be back. Thanks š¶ļø 's
Lord please close this Chiliās down and give the neighborhood somewhere NEW to dinešš» Our server was so nice & sweet. But the lady in the kitchen running the food needs to go. The serving sizes need to look as pictured! We didnāt get a pic of what was served because the server said he would be bringing out additional food to match what the plate is supposed to look like, and to go ahead and eat. Then, the lady in the kitchen (who thinks sheās a manager - later confirmed she is NOT) came out with an attitude saying she was not going to fix the food completely. After waiting forever, all the rest of the food never came and we were told the āextra foodā (really just the food we were supposed to have originally) would be taken off the bill. Weird but at this point, it is what it is. When paying we decided to ask the server more about the issue. Come to find out thereās a manager (Matthew) who never came out, so we asked to speak to him. He came out so nice and willing to listen. Matthew was so confused as he said he authorized the food to come out and he thought we received it. He said he would comp that bill and went on about customer service and the culture at this Chiliās needing to change. PROBLEM SOLVED and everyone was happy. (Gonna add in the fact that crazy kitchen lady was staring us down the entire time we were talking to Matthew.) Welp, he LIED and got bullied into backtracking everything by the fake manager lady from the kitchen. This Chiliās needs a manager with a backbone - Matthew, do better and donāt lie to your customers, and stop getting bullied by that lady.

Itās veteranās day. It took 20 minutes before a severe came over to take our order. When we asked about the menu honoring vets the menu is skimpy. For men & women to gives there life. Vets get treated crappy. The food was okay. Wonāt be here for a while.

I came and ate here on Sunday night with my 2 year old and my boyfriend and I am pregnant I got the Cajun chicken pasta the chicken was rubbery and it threw me off but Iām not the type to complain I ate about 3 pieces of the chicken and put the rest to the side the next morning I got very sick from getting food poisoning from here which I very serious considering Iām pregnant called later that night and spoke with a manager and she said she would refund my entire total which was around $45 but I payed in cash so she said instead she would send me BOGs (be our guest) to then only be rewarded $20 I am completely disappointed such a serious thing happened to me that could have been life threatening to my unborn baby to only get partially refunded in chilis money extremely upsetting coming here expecting my food to be properly prepared and getting food poisoning putting my baby at risk I will be contacting corporate with this serious matter please donāt eat here unless you want food poisoning take your money to a company who values food safety and customers health absolutely disgusting.

āConstantly Out of Ingredients ā Very Disappointingā
I visited this Chiliās location recently and was really surprised by how many menu items were unavailable. It felt like almost everything I asked for was out of stockāingredients for several entrĆ©es, sides, and even some basic items. It made ordering frustrating, and it definitely took away from the experience.
I understand that shortages happen, but this seemed excessive and unprepared. If so many ingredients are unavailable, customers should be notified upfront or alternatives should be offered. Unfortunately, it left the impression that the restaurant isnāt being well managed.
I hope they address the inventory issues soon, because the food is usually good when everything is available.
