We came to this location on Tuesday evening to celebrate my niece birthday. The service and food were great. Our watitress Angie provided exceptional service and the manager Luke was great as well!! They both were very professional and helpful. Definitely would recommend this location.

We got seated to a wet and sticky table and booth, and waited 10 mins and no one came to asks us for our drinks or even the high chair that we asked for our daughter: employees laughing and talking in the back and on their phone. The restaurant wasnāt even busy or packed mostly open tables . We just got up and left donāt recommend at all .

Do not darken the doors to this place because they're evil and they always go back on their words.
Not to mention they are racially profiling people for employment there and firing them underneath even the Fair act rule breaking
I am a proud gay man that doesn't tell anyone really that I'm gay because I don't you know need to but the manager fired me there because he found out I was gay

if i could give this place zero stars, i honestly would. however i have to leave something to leave a review. hands down the worst experience iāve probably ever even had in a restaurant. when we first got there, the host was super sweet and sat us promptly! when we were seated, our server greeted us pretty quick and it seemed like it would go well. wrong. we order alcohol, we received the other tables beverage and they received ours. after sitting on our table for a few minutes, we grab someoneās attention to let them know our beer was not correct. the table in front of us didnāt realize thereās wasnāt correct until they were told. they swapped our drinks. didnāt go get new ones after being on a separate parties table, just sat them down. my husband then asked for a new one, obviously because ew? we donāt know if the other guest drank out of it considering he didnāt realize it. we had the wrong food our at our table, which seemed to be happening a lot in there. iām a manger at Texas Roadhouse, and i can promise that would not happen as much as i saw tonight. fast forward to the food, my husbands food was wrong even after repeating and verifying the order was put in correctly. then we waited 18 minutes for a recooked one. which at that point, my kids and myself were done eating. my glass went empty, i had to take my husbands drink, then again, empty with no ask if i would like another. i had bottomless chips and salsa, and there was nothing ābottomlessā about it. they never were refilled.
my service was not attentive in the slightest. the entire experience was pretty sad. i shouldāve read the reviews before, but i however, learned my lesson. make the drive to find a better chilis. because this one AINāT it.

1st this waitress was extra rude and
Tired š© when we just got Sat and he was getting our drinks (took him awhile to put the drinks in-with the rudeness) today was my 23rd daughter bday dinner. She realized how rude he was and pointed it out to me. So I immediately addressed it to the manager. She fixed the waitress with a new fella. When I tell you he was on top of his game. I would of tip him a hot $50, but when this radially credit card machine that they leave on the table for you to pay DECLINED my payment 3x's. How embarrassing!! After 20 min of panicking my daughter (bday girl) says try it again mom. Tell me why it finally went through SMH. This would of been a wonderful night but I'm too determined to ever come here AGAIN - P.S. customer service is everything BEFORE this night happen.
