This was my second time at this restaurant. My first time was in January 2025 everything was great. This time I was quite disappointed. The mozzarella sticks were not fuller cooked, the cheese was Chewy. We ordered the Appetizer with southwest chicken rolls, bone-in plain chicken . They brought out boneless breaded wings. I spoke with the manager he then brought us naked wings but my friend us for breaded. The manager then brought us out breaded wings but the breaded wings were not good very salty!!! I was not pleased during my second visit here.

Just had the worst experience EVER!!Ordered chips queso and salsa as appetizer.Ordered ribs and fries and a sweet tea.tea came first food came second then no chips queso and salsa so I cancelled them.No refills whatsoever 2 managers standing looking out the window like thu were waiting on someone never bothered to check on service food or refills.Waiter wasn't the person that bought out my food either DONT KNOW WHAT GOES ON HERE BUT DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.GOOD LUCK AND PLEASE TELL YOUR.MANAGERS TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME I HAD TODAY.👎

I was very impressed with our server, Dylan, and the teamwork we saw during lunch. Dylan was so polite and attentive. We had three other people helping run our food and prebus our table. The manager also stopped by to check on us and we told him the food was outstanding! The Triple Dipper was so delicious and mom loved her Oldtimer hamburger. It's so nice to see that Chili's has re-established great food and wonderful service as priorities.

Ordered to go and food was okay. While I know the food won’t be out of the kitchen fresh by the time I get home I did not expect food that tasted like the ingredients had been sitting there. Bacon on sliders was soft and almost mushy, wings weren’t the freshest tasting or cooked in old oil. Maybe an off night because I’ve been to chilis before and have had great experiences. Overall okay for take out.

Wonderful experience. I can’t remember the name of our waitress but I do remember the person serving our food, checking in on us, and serving our drinks with the most AWESOME Southern Hospitality . . . LD is TRULY a gem here. Imagine my Shock when I found out he’s THE MANAGER ON SITE.!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!! We’re from California is this is exactly what I was looking for. Sunday afternoon brunch. It was an awesome experience. Our waiter/bartender has an amazing attitude. The manager on duty was also very friendly. I enjoyed the fact that it wasn't crowded nor super noisy. Thank you to the staff and of course the cook also.
