After I complained about my food, I canceled my order for being 45 minutes, then the bartender went and got my food and asked me did I still wanted it, I stated no. The same bartender I noticed has no sense of customer service at all, he walks away from the bar area, it takes 10 to 15 minutes before he comes back to takes your order. When their other people working the bar you might get your food 10 minutes quicker. These people think they are entitled to work there and it seems they think we should be serving them.

If you haven’t been to Chili’s in your life, I highly recommend you visit soon and get the a triple dipper. The value for your dollar is unparalleled and the food is great. I personally got the big mouth bites, wings, and motz sticks and it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back soon for this deal.

My granddaughters (10 &13) were visiting us from Vegas for a few days& we decided to go to Chili’s close to our home we have had great experiences in the past but probably hadn’t been there in 6 months or so- so disappointed- servings have shrunk & prices too- use to get a bottomless basket of chips & salsa - now you’re charged for each basket- had to ask for plates for the appetizers we ordered before our meals- given one napkin each- and have the waitress for more- little things but annoying when you expect good & attentive service- won’t be coming back- which is really sad-

I was in town for business and placed an order for delivery for some fajitas and I was so happy when I got my food. It was nicely organized and to my surprise, there was a roasted jalapeno! I usually don't see this in locations near me, but this should be a standard. The food was very good and I highly recommend this place.
