I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time (as the original location nearest to me closed many years ago). This location was excellent! Service was terrific, and the food was very good.Parking: So easy to get to, and to find parking right by the front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp is very close to the parking spots.

Unfortunately we had to leave after no one greeted us or acknowledgedwe were there. We waited over 10 minutes just now (2pm on Thursday).

Chips were soaked in oil and seemed liked had been reheated. Mashed was too dry. Asked for gravy for mashed potatoes but was told they stopped serving gravy a few weeks ago. Steak was tough (for a medium) and lacked taste. Asked for toothpicks and was told they do not provide (I’ve been to other Chili’s that do provide). Service was quick though and server was helpful.
The service and atmosphere match pretty much any other Chili's. Nothing spectacular to write home about. The food is good and the staff here are great. Good place for cheaper weeknight date nights.
Went for late dinner sat at the bar. The bartender was nice but not helpful. All the staff was at the bar sitting around talking laughing on there phones.
WORST service ever!!! rude bartender/ waiter ever !!.. NEVER again!!, left an 11 cent tip!!

I don't know her name, I understand everyone is busy and short staffing HAPPENS. But the girl with blue hair blatantly lied to my face and said "she called my name 20 minutes ago" when she NEVER DID. We were extremely nice and waited patiently as she skipped us 2 different times. We never left our spot, we were waiting right there the whole time and she lied to me and my boyfriend. We asked to sit at the bar and did not mind waiting but told us not to since the bartender was extremely busy which is also UNDERSTANDABLE to which we did not sit there. I do not like when I'm getting lied which is why this establishment is getting 1 star. Terrible service, she should be removed.

Appetizer trio was not fried for the right time. Wing, rolls were not crispy but very oily. Nashville crispers were leaking oil and not flavorful. Chicken fajitas were great!
