Our family visited for the first time and were disappointed. We’ve heard it compared to Chipotle, but the portions were tiny, the rice and meat were dry, and the servers were not helpful. I don’t think we will be back.

The workers on 12/29/2024 were INCREDIBLY rude specifically the short lady with a Bob hair cut and glasses and the lady with the birthmark around her nose. Not only were they denying military discount before payment was complete they didn't want to honor a free meal cupon that was previously given for a mess up from a previous visit we had. They blantly disrespected my brother as well speaking to him in a disrespectful way. We will 100% not be coming back to this location. It's certainly gone downhill from what it was like a couple months ago. The other workers shouldn't have to be grouped in with the two ladies bc everyone else was nice but because of the cashier and the short lady with glasses it's ruined the welcoming atmosphere completely. I would certainly not want that type of attitude in my shop I hope they get more customer service training or at least get trained in how to de-escalate situations instead of catching attitudes and proceedings to laugh and make passive aggressive comments towards customers as well.

The staff is horrible, the staff is so disrespectful when it comes to ordering/paying. I tried asking if they offer a military discount and the cashier gave me the biggest attitude when it came to answering me, on top of everything the tilapia tacos were under cooked and overall the nasty attitude about the military discount and the under cooked fish made the whole experience awful, I wouldn't recommend ever coming to this location.

First and foremost they are stingy with the portions they are not generous like chipotle. They actually have small scoop spoons and they don’t give you much of anything you have to ask for more and they charge you extra for it. All in all the food taste great the meat has flavor unlike chipotle. I love the fact that they have Mexican rice and not just white or brown rice. I paid $20 for my bowl. I get a lot more at chipotle for $13

So I went here due to the guy from TikTok as well. Mouth was watering for a good burrito. I ordered a steak burrito and I added the vegetables, onions and bell pepper. The burrito was a nice size, but that depends on what you add in your burrito as well. I did not like that. The onions and the vegetables were sweet. I don’t know what flavor they put in that, but that threw my whole burrito off as far as the flavors that mixed in with the other ingredients that were in my burrito. Also, the girl who was helping me to make my burrito could not speak English, so it was very difficult to get my burrito made because she didn’t understand the things that I wanted. The flavor and juiciness of their meat was good, but I was disappointed paying $20 for a burrito. Chipotle is cheaper and their flavors are for me was a little better. Everybody has their own preference but for me I didn’t like my burrito. I tore it apart because like I said, the onions were so sweet. It threw me off trying to mix it with the other flavors. So for me if I do get a burrito there again I definitely won’t get their vegetables because they’re sweet and that just doesn’t sit right with me in my burrito. Also I’m not sure if I wanna pay $20 for a burrito . Also, my chips were a little stale. They were not fresh at all.However, I will return to try some of their other foods like maybe their tacos or nachos and see how those taste but for now three stars is all I can give it from my experience. Everybody’s experience is different.💜

Came here because of a tiktok review that I saw and let me tell you that the food was good, fresh and plenty. I told my son and daughter about this place so we decided to check it out. We got the nachos, my son also got a margarita. Chipotle you definitely got some competition ! and they don't skip on portions. I will be back 🙂

This is one of the worst places I've been to. The rice was hard, and the beans were grainy. The chicken was salty, and the quesadilla I ordered for my daughter was greasy. The girl at the cash register was really rude. My husband paid for his plate first and forgot to pay our daughters food, he said he'd be back to pay for it and the girl tells me "he didnt pay for the food" looking at me like if I was gonna steal or something. It's just not a place id recommend to anyone.

I would give them infinity stars if I could. I came in this morning to pick up a breakfast pack (it’s a ton of food) for a group. I ended up needing one more, as more people than I expected showed up. The three ladies working exhibited the most gracious and efficient teamwork I have ever seen to get a whole second breakfast pack of food cooked and packed up for me. They were so kind and could not have been nicer. The folks loved the food. I’ll be back! Thank you so much!!!

It's ridiculous that we come to eat at chilosos with free meal cards and they don't accept them and Nieves Ontiveros has a attitude and didn't want to accept them because she assumed that my mother gave them to us so I don't see the point of y'all give out chilosos free meal card if y'all won't accept them and make assumptions horrible costumer service coming from a manager and also the line cooks have a bad attitude. Would not recommend going here go to a different chilosos location.

If you're looking for fresh, made to order food, then this is the place for you. Everything smells so good. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Clean eating area and all kinds of food combinations to satisfy your hunger. Hands down, I will keep coming here for my Chiloso needs. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
