Terrible experience. Oscar Delta in Forney botched their menu and got rid of the build your own items, so I thought I’d go to Chilosos while I was in Dallas. Ordered some of their ranch and salsa on the side for my tacos and they just chunked them in the bag, causing them to explode. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I took the bag out my car and and saw a huge ranch stain. Should’ve walked out the door when I saw the HEAPING pile of dirty trays sitting by the trash. White teenage guy wearing a blue Chilosos shirt with a little bit of a mustache mumbled the entire time and was very incompetent.

So, it's REALLY good, just disappointing there's no sofritas or some sort of carcass alternative.Vegetarian options: Black beans, veggies, white rice, guacamole, Pico, salsa... yum!

Like Chipolte, but slower and saltier. I got the steak quesadilla meal, which took about 25 minutes to get to me. I thought that was strange b/c the steak was already cooked and in a little bin in the counter with the other ingredients. How long could it take to melt the cheese and toast the tortilla? Awhile, I guess. Good flavor, but almost too salty to tolerate. Super clean bathroom!

Awful service. Came in around 8 but the staff seemed to be ready to close up even though they close at 9. Took 10 minutes for someone to even start making my burrito. The employee making my food was moving at snail pace and for some reason was using plastic portion cups instead of a spoon to scoop the ingredients. When he was folding my burrito it ripped in half and he still wrapped it up so had to try to enjoy the messiest broken burrito of my life. Also, $20 for a burrito is absolutely absurd.

I see this restaurant often, but I was expecting more. The food was overly salty. Not just one dish, but everything my wife and I had. The serving "dishes" being in a tin are a weird choice, but not a deal breaker. The serving sizes are good for the prices. There are definitely better choices in the area however. The service from the staff was great, and shouldn't be neglected. They were all attentive and did fantastic. Overall, the visit was subpar.
