Queso Chimalma
Queso blanco. Blend of three melted cheeses with roasted poblano pepper and fresh spinach.
Queso Chirs
Cheddar and chapala cheese, melted and mixed with fresh pico de gallo.
Pancho Nachos
Tostadita pinto beans, brisket, melted oaxaca cheese, avocado, jalapeño and sour cream.
Guacamole
Avocado mixed with finely chopped onion and jalapeño.
Taquitos Dorados
2 freshly made tortillas deep fried: one bean, one potato. Topped with slaw and a house made Jalisco sauce.

Carne en su Jugo
Flank steak simmered with a tomatillo sauce and mixed with pinto beans flash fried onion and crispy crumbled bacon.
Sopita de Fideo
Tomato based broth, toasted vermicelli noodles, onion, tomato and fresh cilantro.
Sopita de Lentejas
Lentils simmered with fresh onion, tomato, garlic and cilantro until tender. It is an incredibly satisfying vegan soup.

Entreé
Carne Asada
Flank and chorizo steak with nopal salad. Boiled pinto beans, radish and guacamole on top. Served with house made red sauce and fresh made tortillas.
Pezcado a la Geny
Sautéed red snapper, smothered in a three cheese sauce with roasted almonds and rice.
Globos "Don Cevichini"
Red snapper with black olives, onion, tomato, green leaves, salt and pepper. Slow cooked together and opened at table to create a fresh explosion of flavor.

Hand made sun dried corn tostada with bean puree, slow cooked braised pork and cabbage. A house made jalisco sauce to pour, queso fresco and radish to finish.

First time in TX and I had heard the Tex-Mex was amazing - this has me CONVINCED. I want to try EVERYTHING on the menu, but I’m only here for a wedding! Grandmas soup HIT, and the brisket tacos will be something I crave after I leave. Thank y’all for the hospitality and great food!!

We had lunch here because I read many great reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and took care of us very thoughtfully. We orders the nachos, taquitos dorados, quesadillas and the verde enchiladas. Every item was tasty and I enjoyed the enchiladas the most. This wonderful food had such interesting flavors. Don’t get me started about the drinks. They were so delicious. My Chimalma margarita was very good, it was perfect. I also had the Passion margarita...

Great tacos for Texas. The guacamole was also good. Salsa was a little bland but I enjoyed the Smokey flavor, and the one spicy bite that I had. For Texas the food was great. If it was in San Diego where I am from this would not be a 10 but overall I would return if I was in the area.
