Rangoon wontons were tasty. Son liked is chicken fried rice. My beef and vegetables was too greasy. I should have asked for steamed rice. Used drive through. Excellent service.
The food is good. However I've never had a place chargee for refills on my drink. They wanted $3 for a refill. I already paid $3 for the drink and it was a lot of ice with a little soda. This is Texas and summertime. Not given refills is a deal breaker. I guess the way I see it is if they are that hard up for money who knows what else they do to save a buck.
I LOVE this place!!! Everyone in there is sweet, but it was really nice to see the Mother of China Bowl Express tonight. She is just as cute and sweet as she was years ago (smiling). There was a time a couple of years ago where it closed due to a fire, but she still answered that business phone number and spent time talking with her customers like family. I know me and my little sister bugged the mess out of her...lol.
