Outstanding service! Everyone was nice with a smile and friendly. Food was great. Hot and wholesome. Atmosphere was nice. Music was playing. Not to loud rather entertaining. Restaurant was clean and the bathroom!

This is my 3rd time coming here and they never have fresh food . There was no black beans and all the food looked like needed to be stocked. When I asked about the beans she said they were out and the lady walked off!!! What kind of customer service ? Is that?

I come here from time to time and the service usually is good. Tonight I noticed one of the employees having attitude with customers and even heard him saying why are these people are coming in now. If you don’t want people to come in then shut the door and go home. It’s still 9pm. Employee name is Angel. Another thing the dine in area not clean and there was a guy asking people to buy him food. Better manager is highly recommended.

If the overweight short Mexican chick is serving. Don't go. She will ruin your food. She serves the food like it's a prison canteen, and when asked to slow down, she shrieks that there are people in the queue. I was so hungry she is lucky she didn't receive a slap. Never going back to this eatery again.

Never been to this location, but I will definitely not come back again. Most of the employees were in a bad mood. Also, the steak bowl I order was cold and disgusting. I did not say anything because the manager which I think he was, literally scream at a customer and use profanity . Very unprofessional and very disgusting. Never have I ever experienced a chipotle with this type of service. Very disappointing.
FYI: manager had long black braids , black , medium size.

Food is always on point but employees seem to not.want to help at time. There's been multiple times i visit and don't even get greeted or acknowledged. This place also always has some sort of A/C issue and it's always warm or extremely hot. Love chipotle this location just needs.to be revamped.
They actually ran out of pico de gallo and didn’t announce this at the beginning. I substituted guacamole and they charged me for it. With a drink my bill was $18+. The mistake I made was not walking out and warning the others in the line. I usually like this Chipotle location but this was egregious. 1 star

These people have no clue how to roll burritos. They basically “fold it in” and when you open it you will find a tortilla envelope with everything falling off. If you are really hungry and everything else is closed, get a bowl. They need burrito training

6/13. Went in for lunch with my sister around 11:00am.
We both had a coupon and rewards to redeem. The register apparently wasn’t working when the first of us tried to paid. We just stood there while the food got cold for almost 10 minutes before the manager finally showed up who I think was busy eating a quesadilla because she had walked by with one earlier and did not address the problem. Finaly said she needed to ring us up on other register. We attempted to redeem our Chipotle app coupons for free guacamole and free double meet. She said we couldn’t have points or rewards on the other computer and that we needed to pay the full price. I said we only ordered the extras because they were free. She gave blank stare and said we needed to pay. Keep in mind we’ve already been waiting at the register for 10 minutes while our food got cold.
We declined to pay and went to Chuys. Bad manager. After 10 minutes, she could’ve atleast offered us a fresh bowl
