Only had this location 1 or 2 times. I used door dash today for my order. Food was amazingly good until I was nearly finished and went to pack up my left overs and found a short, straight, black strand of hair in my food š„¹ my hair is long, brown and curly. I tried reaching out to the location to notify the staff - as one manager to another- to make sure their employees are keeping up with food safety standards but turns out you canāt call the location directly, can only make a report with customer service and I could t even make a full official report since I ordered it via door dash. I see why Iāve gone all these years without following the hype around Chipotle. Attached a pic of the hair and a side by side of my hair for reference to show itās not mine.

I came here and got a bowl with chips and a drink. It was nearly 20 dollars and the portion size was incredibly small. Probably less than half of what I get going to any other Chipotle. For 20 dollars I should be getting a decent amount of food. The bowl was barely halfway full with hardly any food in it. I ate it in like 4 bites. Disappointed.
I regularly eat at Chipotleātypically once or twice a weekāat various locations. Unfortunately, Iāve noticed a consistent decline in cleanliness and customer service across multiple branches. The food preparation areas are often untidy, the grills appear poorly maintained, and the staff frequently display rude and disrespectful behavior.
The locations at 2700 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75201, and 4500 McKinney Ave, Dallas Texas in particular, have been the most disappointing. Iām genuinely concerned about the standards being upheld at these restaurants and canāt help but wonderāare the employees being fairly compensated and trained?
At this point, Iām strongly reconsidering whether Iāll continue dining at Chipotle.

I order from Ubereats regularly. For whatever reason my local Chipotle (Abrams) doesnāt come up. So far theyāve sent my order to this location. Three times. All three times always something missing or wrong. Today no exception. Ordered apple juice with my meal. No juice. Ordered queso and chips. No queso, no chips. Ordered beef, replaced with barbacoa. I know itās not the Uber drivers, itās always tampered safe shut. I donāt know if this location is deliberately messing up order or theyāre illiterate.

Chipotle is my go-to spot when I want something quick, fresh, and filling. I love being able to build my own bowl with all the ingredients I like. The chicken is always seasoned well, the rice is fluffy, and the veggies taste fresh. I usually add guacamole tooāeven though it costs extra, itās worth it. The portions are generous, and the food is consistently good. The staff is friendly and they keep the line moving. Whether Iām eating there or grabbing it to-go, I always leave satisfied. Reliable, clean, and tasty every time.

We enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. There was one guy, though, he was rushing us a little too much. I get that the line needs to keep moving, but before I could finish a word, he was asking the next question. Like calm down a bit. I am spending MY money here.
