This location closes 15 minutes early and refuses service. Told me that they have a policy that allows them to close whenever and they don’t have to stay open until 9 if they are almost done cleaning. I sent a complaint and nothing was done so I’m just posting this as a warning for anyone that may be pressed for time that they do not care. Ruined my night after a long day of work.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The restaurant isn’t clean. Each time I’ve been I’ve been met by the same surly, arrogant, rude, cold, employee preparing the food each time.
That employee and the management team here should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed to work here. Completely and totally appalling. Will not be back. Do not go to this Chipotle.

The service can be hit or miss, but at least the food is always good.
So a bowl is $10 and the guy was so stingy with the rice, not even a half spoon full. I asked for more rice and his attitude was like they have a quota on rice and he had to pick up the tab. We sat down and the tables were filthy. Floor was dirty. Maybe if they spend more time on the cleanliness of the place and less on monitoring every grain of rice, we might come back to this location on Lemmon. Until then I’ll go to the McKinney ave location.

I’m diabetic, so I order small portions of the ingredients. I informed the lady working on my bowl in advance (she said her name was Maria, but she could’ve lied because on the receipt it said Mellissa). I told her to do very small portion of rice (very high in Carb), but she went ahead and filled the entire bowl. I told her that I can’t eat that. She proceeded to remove Individual pieces just to enrage me. After a little while of her passive aggressive behavior she went on to put very tiny amounts of the other ingredients intentionally to frustrate me. After what seemed an eternity of back and forth, my bowl was finally ready, and I was itching to just pay and walk away from her.
Very hostile atmosphere and passive aggressive behavior for no reason at all! I haven’t done anything to her. If she hates her job maybe she shouldn’t be there.
