I barely ever eat chipotle. Simply because I’ve heard of people saying it made them sick in the past so for awhile I stopped because I didn’t want to experience it. 2 days ago I got chipotle and being it was the only meal I ate that day, later that night I got VERY sick. No doubt this location gave me food poisoning. Not sure if it was because I ordered at the end of their work day and the meats and food was at it freshest, not sure. But I do know this, I will NEVER eat Chipotle again. Be very careful eating at this place and all other locations, I’ve heard about food poisoning from several people before. Should’ve listened to them.

The food was 100% amazing… During the ordertaking process I felt like it was rushed and that the workers were just trying to get me out. I understand that this is a busy location but customer should be treated better. While enjoying my food the place was overpopulated, and the tables were very messy.

I mean, it's a chipotle.If you approach from the back road you will have a better chance at parking in the back lot, the front parking fills up very quick.

chips are always stale and when you order double chicken it’s still not even 1 - 4oz scoop of chicken. Yes, I am petty and weighed it out because I needed to know if I was right or if I was tripping. Always a disappointment. Also they cook with seed oils for those of you who don’t know. Better off staying away. Not healthy.

So … I went into Chipotle last night (2/13/24) after 10pm...so my brother-In-Law and I was going to order some food to go. He went first and as soon as he started to order a employee mentioned that they were out of (Pico de Gallo, sour cream, and chips). I was a little upset, because normally that's what I put in my bowl. So I work at a Mexican restaurant myself and I was going to call them to put me some Pico de Gallo on the side so I could come by and pick it up and also some sour cream. But then when I was about to order my bowl to go, the gentlemen said we are also out of cheese too. I was like no I'm good. Chipotle wants you to pay for their bowl full price, but you cant have your food inventory correctly... really bad service even the young lady who was working there said our manager never orders enough food for us …. that's just wrong. And at that this Chipotle is in a uptown area of Dallas. You would think the Store Manager or manger would keep his store in order so people like me could eat a late night dinner. I have to rate you with stars …I rather not give you any stars at all.And who ever is the person in charge of ordering your food, do a better job stop being lazy.

Ordered delivery, 75% of my order was missing, and what I did get was completely wrong.
Ordered my food online and did not receive my food and did not receive a refund. Complete waste of time and money. Just drive a couple miles to another location not worth the hassle.

I want to start off by saying that I love chipotle… however, this location, the quality, and their staff, are all disappointing for the franchise. The attitudes are snobby if you even ask a question and the portions are low. I’ve never said anything till now but tonight was low service. I arrive at 8:45 when they close at 10 and EVERYTHING was out with no time frame as to when it would be ready. I settle with just chips and queso, simple. However, I ask for 2 large bags of chips where I can visibly see a wall of chips available. The employee informs me they only have regular. This annoys me since I can see an entire wall of chips. I then ask for 2 regular bags of chips and ask if there’s a time where the food stops being made. The cashier is as sassy as it gets and doesn’t answer my question, but instead just says that’s all they have since they’ve run out (even though they don’t close for another hour and 15). I can’t believe this kind of service or lack of available food when there’s still over an hour of time open. This is a multiple time occurrence and my last straw.
