Store was cool. Right off 635. Store refused to sell me online special "Honey Chicken". Manager was dismissive and rude. So i didnt order anything. I ask him when should I come back and he ignored me. Plz work on managers customer service. Staff was good.

Consistently poor service and food preparation. Ordered two kids quesadillas and on one of them the cheese wasn't melted (the other was only half melted). On my tacos, one of them had almost no chicken and all three of them were sloppily constructed. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance.

Got a chicken burrito bowl. Half of the bowl was white rice …. And the rice was not fully cooked. It was still raw and not edible. If you want to sell rice dishes, please make sure the rice is fully cooked. I paid so much to buy dinner and I should be able to eat it without steaming the rice from you. The rest of the raw vegetables had to be steamed together because I already mixed them. Even the sour cream. This is the worst bowl ever.

I've had numerous horrible experiences with workers here, although that's not to say that all of them are unpleasant. Furthermore, I have had a multitude of instances where I've been served crunchy rice. Please try another Chipotle.

Multiple times now, I have come into this location and they were out of chips for the evening. I'm not showing up at close. It's 7:15. They are open for another 2 hours and 45 minutes. You can't flaunt about everything being made fresh and then not be willing to make fresh chips when you are out. You also had to realize you were getting low, and the decision was made to run out as opposed to making more. This is again hours before you close, during what I would argue as a peak meal time, and not the first time this has happened. Chips at Chipotle are becoming the McDonalds "broken" ice cream machines.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The manager is not kind, yells at customers and is ruling the employees with an iron thumb. They’re all so scared to do anything wrong that they are mean if you ask for anything, such as a tray or salt. It all comes from the manager. Get your crap together.

Friend of mine today was talking a food for our late lunch, the burritos were awesome, that was one of the best burritos I’ve ever tried here in States. God bless those people who were preparing that food for us. It was delicious!

I had two awful experiences at another place, so I figured I'd give them another try. The food was okay, but the service sucked. They were out of cheese for the burrito, so I asked for queso instead, and they wanted to charge me extra. Seriously, Chipotle? Get your act together.
Parking: And the parking situation is weird. You have to enter from the back side of the building.

I always enjoy coming to chipotle for the fresh ingredients, I leave feeling full and energized. But this time was the complete opposite. Where do start... atmosphere of restaurant was great some cool music playing in the background restaurant floor look clean. Everything when south when I got to the front. A man with glasses on his phone preparing to cut chicken I thought he would wash his hands but no. He never did. The two ladies who were on the line were very friendly. I went to the cashier to pay and I see that the groceries arrived. Starbucks to be exact. The cashier in the polo shirt grabs her and starts looking at her as if they were on break. He had food all around him. everything was chaos. The food they can cook something as simple as rice. I will stop there there no point of keep on waisting my unperfect English.

I’ve had great experiences at other Chipotle locations, but unfortunately, this one fell short. Despite requesting extra servings, the portions were noticeably small, and my rice bowl felt almost empty. I hope the staff can improve consistency and ensure customers get the value they expect.

While Chipotle is undoubtedly one of the best food options, I find the portion sizes to be inconsistent. I requested extra rice, lettuce, meat, and other toppings, but the portions still seemed to be the standard size. I'm just surprised that even with the additional requests, it didn't appear to be much more than usual.
Why is the manager yelling at employees, especially in front of customers? It feels unprofessional. Also, I’ve noticed that prices are high, but portions, especially for protein, seem to be getting smaller. It’s frustrating to see inconsistency, the manager putting extra meat in her own burrito while we’re getting less. I think these things could really use some attention. Those poor employees, I would quite and find better place then working for a big B manger.
