We've been here twice now, and the food is good as most Chipotle restaurants are. The first time we were here, even though the place was busy, the workers were polite and friendly and were quick with our orders. The second time was quite the opposite. We were the only two people in line, and everyone else was already seated with their meals. However my dad was nearly rushed through the line with his order to the point where I had to stop the man so my dad could tell him what types of protein he wanted with his meal. And it's not like the next person in line was in a hurry, because I was the next person. The lady at the cashier was no better as not only was she ready to charge him for his order, again we were a group of two, but ready to send him off without his drink. They didn't ask if we wanted to dine in or take out. We ended up dining in, but I had to go back and ask for dining baskets so we could cut out burritos in half without making a mess. Not that it mattered because the tables weren't wiped down and the floors still needed to be swept. I like Chipotle, but the service could use improving.

This one has been pretty consistent with the food spite its employee turnover. The parking lot can be pretty tight during busy hours.

I came in to get a chicken bowl and redeem my queso reward today. As I was about to pay, I made sure to scan the reward I was going to use so that I didn’t have to pay for queso. I made sure to tell her that I was going to use a reward. The young lady who rang me up told me the cost and she said “13.26?” (Around that dollar price) well I questioned her about it because I’m only paying for a chicken bowl and I thought that was around $10? (Although I forgot to question her about the queso… which I assumed the register already took the queso off since I scanned my reward) - anyways , I look at the receipt.. and I got charged for queso..😐 she could’ve told me in the beginning before I paid. I even told her I was using my reward.. I went back to the register and told her the situation (I made sure to be calm and chill about it since I know it was a mistake and I’m not the type of person to lash out for something simple), -well she didnt apologize and walked away and had another girl helped me - that girl didn’t apologize either lol.... got a refund on it and they took the queso back :/ said I had to use the reward on a minimum order of $5. -Bad customer service imo. 😬

Terrible customer service. How is it I can walk into any other Chipotle on planet Earth and order a Large chicken quesadilla, but in this single Chipotle, you wait in line, then when you get to place your order, they tell you that has to be ordered online.. It's actually ridiculous. Terrible management. Avoid this Chipotle.

This location seriously needs to address its customer service. Every time I come in, the same women who appears to be the manager has an attitude. Today they forgot my sour cream, and when I asked for it again, she slammed it on the counter like I was inconveniencing her. Completely unacceptable.
If she’s that miserable dealing with customers, she genuinely needs to find a different job because this clearly isn’t the one for her. Paying customers shouldn’t have to deal with someone who treats people with zero respect. Management needs to take this seriously, because she’s driving people away from this location.
Terrible service, young lady at the front was rude, threw my cup in the bag and pushed it out the way just for the next person to pay even after charging me for something that she was not supposed to, but I will say gentleman that prepared my food was great, great energy and polite. Good for you bro. But I will no longer be costing this location. Ruined my whole mood.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would feel inclined to.
I go to chipotle about once every couple of months. And I’m always excited to go. A little treat to myself. I enter with excitement. And instantly I always get some attitude from the workers. Every time. Like I did something to offend them by ordering food at the restaurant. I can forgive this. Could be a long day, it can’t be that fun a job, I get it. But I digress. The problem I have is the servings. Every time I go to this chipotle, it’s like they’ve been instructed to give as little of food as possible. It’s like I have to beg for steak. Beg for rice. What is this. I paid a good $15. That could get me many meals, but yet, I feel cheated. As I enter excited, I leave frustrated and vexed. I am throughly disappointed and will have to consider other options in the future.

WARNING FOR THOSE WHO EAT SOFRITAS AT THIS LOCATION. 10/29 between 6 to 7 pm I was super disappointed to find someone intentionally COOKED MEAT in the sofritas. There was a lot, for it to just be an accident. Although I’m happy I got a refund, I wasn’t refunded for the personal guacamole and other items I mixed in nor the cash tip I gave. I also didn’t really get an apology other than them telling me someone in the morning crew cooked the sofritas. I don’t know if anyone on a plant based diet, vegan or vegetarian, would appreciate this type of treatment. I waited a week to write this review so it wasn’t written out of just anger but to inform anyone who blindly trusts Chipotle to provide the type of food they say they are providing.

In what world is it acceptable to charge $12.65 for a barbacoa burrito with no guac? This is fast food and they’re charging sit down prices. I’m over it. Do better chipotle.

I’m a die hard chipotle eater and today I had the worst experience at this location, the lady with the glasses and braid does not know how to speak to customers and has no respect, simply asking for something and she comes off rude and starts talking to the other employees. Get better employees !
