I always enjoy coming here for the fresh ingredients, I leave feeling full and energized. I love the great selection of foods here. I can honestly say I never had a bad experience. I recommend the bowls.

I LOVE Chipotle and this one...the food is good but they run out of things like salsa? how? And some of the staff have a SERIOUS attitude and I don't appreciate spending my money and getting negative service it's two girls specific. I've had it I will drive the extra distance to get better service...and be able to get all the salsa I want and am willing to pay for.

Customer service is unfriendly, but that’s maybe understandable. What was unacceptable was multiple staff members were wiping ingredients from the counter (steak, cheese, lettuce that had fallen on the counter when being scooped) BACK into the containers to be served. Had to keep track of what was falling in to avoid eating it - not great.

I was at this Chipolte yesterday and asked for a free sample of the steak. It was good but tasted extremely salty too me. I had ordered a vegetable bowl and then at the register asked if they could make me new steak without the salt. I was told yes, but they must add the salt per corporate policy. I asked for the manager and she told me she is a manager.Corporate chooses, apparently, to hide its phone number from its website which works poorly. I could not select that store on the drop down menu. I selected a different store and wrote in the contact form the address.While corporate did respond the same day pretty fast, and was cheerful, it was vague and unhelpful. I emailed them again pointing out I could have given a bad review which I chose to do now. They asked me for the receipt number which I gave again and told them I do not feel I am getting this way.Sad, that a company I believed in that makes non-GMO food uses so much salt on the steak that I would not buy it, and does not really seem to care. My meal was unsatisfying and mot a good value. I also feel uncomfortable by the way corporate handled it.Dietary restrictions: You have to prepare your own food as Chipolte is unmotivated to accommodate dietary restrictions.

I have been eating at Chipotle for many years and this is the only location that refuses to give me the fresh chicken cooking off the stove. All they had to do was cut it for me and put it in my bowl of white rice. The team and the black lady manager told me I had to eat the grilled chicken already prepped in the pan thats been sitting. That does not make sense to me. You are supposed to make the customer happy. Why couldnt i get the fresh chicken. Why do i have to accept something thats old. The black manager was rude too. She kept over-talking me and would not let me get out a word so i started talking loudly giving her back the same energy. I will never visit this location again. All they had to do was give me the grilled chicken cooking off the stove. It was almost done and I was willing to wait.

We come to the Midway Road location almost every week and this is the worst Chipotle. The staff is always very rude and aggressive. I have also complained to the manager in the past and it was okay for a bit but now again it’s the same. I come here with my kids and they have to see the utter shameless and aggressive way the staff interact with us. The African American lady at the counter and the new lady with piercing around her nose are very disrespectful even in front of kids.They can scream, snap and give bad stares at every interaction. I know other families too who have stopped coming to this location precisely because of the staff behavior.I hope the management looks into this and make some amends.

The employee, Hispanic short female with facial piercings and hat was very rude to me. I initially told the original lady that was helping me that I had an allergy to avocados and and she made sure there was no cross contamination by getting a different batch of cheese out of the fridge. Then the Hispanic girl took over. She asked if I had another order and then when I said yes, she stated, “then why didn’t you say that.” I just stayed quiet and continued ordering. I was reading from my phone, the order was texted to me, and it was obvious that she was annoyed that I was on my phone while telling her the order. I had the back of my hand on the “sneeze guard” trying to keep my phone still (I just got done working out and I have trouble seeing without my glasses) and she then rudely commented, “can you get your hands off the sneeze guard” and rolled her eyes. I continued to ignore it because I wasn’t trying to instigate though, I should’ve said something. As she was finishitn the bowl I ordered for someone else, I said guacamole as well, she then put it on there. After that, the oven that had the quesadilla I ordered for myself rang. She then, keeping the same gloves on touched my quesadilla with her gloves that she touched the guacamole with and cut it with a knife as well. At this point, I didn’t want it anymore but I still paid for my two items and left. Will probably not return to this location again. It’s very unprofessional how rude she was being, especially when it appeared that either the GM or higher level supervisor was siting at the table right in front of the bar with what appeared to be the manager. Very sad.

I was at this location about 5pm on a Friday. Food is consistently good. Tonigh, the tomatoes were nowhere near red, get a new produce provider. Everything else was good . But tonight the line people were what stuck out impeccable all the way dow . Especially a woman who was working a double from another store. Working and It’s was excellentParking: N/A

I typically don’t write reviews unless my experience was truly amazing or was the worst. I made an online order and placed the pick up time at 9:40. 20 minutes before they close. I enter the restaurant and already had two male employees give me dirty looks for coming in late, I ignored it and headed to the front since I ordered online. There was a lady around 5 feet, hair was up and she had piercings on her face. A septum one and others around her nose. I told her that I was picking up my order and she started accusing me of being someone that called in giving her attitude which was highly unnecessary. I informed her that that wasn’t me and felt highly uncomfortable about the situation. She told me that understandably they ran out of chicken and steak since it was the end of the day. She did try to make things work regarding my order saying she can substitute the meat or I can get a refund through the app. I’m a completely understandable person and didn’t make a fuss about my order. I just left and issued my refund through the app. I work in customer service and it’s not that hard. I don’t think a person should be treated this way especially when my only intention was to get food and I genuinely felt disrespected in the process. I truly hope this helps someone make a decision if they would like to order here because moving forward I won’t be.

To start off the customer service is horrible. The young lady at the register with blondish hair was rude. I was trying to use my rewards and she was giving me a hard time and terrible attitude. The other thing that I noticed is that the food is poorly managed… the guacamole was old and the veggies were all soggy. Overall, management needs to do better training because this isn’t the only bad review about the girl and the people who work here.
