Chipotle Mexican Grill

They are always out of something, no rice, no chicken, no beans etc. Dirty pans are stacked up everywhere the floor is dirty and the and they don't offer you a receipt so you can't report them. The worst Chipotle in the entire franchise.

This was the worst experience ever. I wanted a steak bowl. I dove 20 plus min to get there and to get back and all my veggies and steak was burnt I tried to call back no answer only a machine and could never reach anyone. And the servers was horrible . I ask you never go to that spot on wheatland rd by chillies . I am going to review this all across social media and tell everyone not to go. This was horrible.

The staff is usually very friendly, but during my most recent visit, the cashier mixed up my order with the person before me, who had double chicken. Make sure to double check your order when you're being charged.

I’ve been to a lot of restaurants over the years and I’ve had both good and bad experiences. This is the only chipotle that I can feel welcomed all of the employees work together the food is always fresh and it clean in the bathrooms. Some places just out to get your money but here I feel valued and I really appreciate that. Today an all girls soccer team came in ate and everyone seemed happy. I noticed now quickly the lines moved too even at rush hour over all i highly recommend this chipotle family love joy?

These employees are SOO stingy with their food when they are serving. They don’t even serve a generous amount like they used to before. For the amount of food I got in my bowl va the price. I should’ve just to CAVA at this point.

Store is filthy and my bowl literally had about 10 pieces of chicken. Immediate return/refund

All I wanted was chips and guacamole. I didn't order food because every time I eat the bowls they lack seasoning and the meat is rubbery. When I received my order the chips were extremely stale and I had a foreign object in my guacamole. I'm done ordering from Chipotle period. I want my money back!!!

I love this location they never try to short me on the portions and the food is always fresh. Staff is nice as well

Workers literally put 5 pieces of steak in my bowl and then said it would cost extra to put more on my bowl. I basically had a brown rice bowl. Because they even put one small line of pinto beans in my bowl. To be charging the prices you guys charge it’s insane to still short change customers for profits. I will never return to this location. Piss poor

I was looking forward to having chipotle for dinner on a Friday night and walked into location to place an order for carry out. Service was good, no complaints there but I ordered a large chip and large guac and was sorely disappointed. Chips were stale like were on the shelf for two days and the guac looked like it had no life, and tasted the same. I have expectations of freshness with Chipotle and this experience was less than ideal.
