Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food tastes fine, but the portion sizes are ridiculous — barely anything in the bowl.

Also, the price changes every time I order, even though I get the exact same thing. Makes no sense.

On top of that, the staff is rude and acts like they don’t want to be there.

If you’ve got another Chipotle nearby, do yourself a favor and go to that one instead. Definitely won’t be back here.

Dont order from here via delivery app. Very poor attention to quality if you dont watch them make it in store.

Worst Chipotle to ever visit… all barrio Mexican customer service from South Dallas. The manager needs more training. I have had several issues with orders & the minimum wage employees at this location who accused me of stealing a $10 burrito bowl from the online pickup area 😑 then flagged downtown police to accost me down the block….avoid this location until they hire new employees.

Every time my order is wrong. Every time I’m waiting for my pick up because apparently the pick up shelves aren’t used. “Parking” is a nightmare. How hard is it to read a mobile order?

Parking: Street parking is non existent and people are always blocking the street with their hazards on just waiting trying to pick their food up.

I’ve gone to the chipotle many times over the last couple years and they have always been fantastic with their food and service. They are always so quick and never miss a beat. Angel, manager, seems to do a great job and all the staff are very friendly one of my favorite chipotles I’ve ever been to it is clear that angel does a great job with his leadership.

always love chipotle, however they weren’t aware that the tacos are on flour (a.k.a. not gluten free) and told me that they were corn when I asked.

I attempted to place an order online around 10:35 for a quesadilla since they are only available digitally. I had the option for it to be ready at 10:40 or 10:50. I created the ordered selected 10:50. Went to pay and the app wouldn't allow me to order and suggested I choose another location. So I came to the store where I was told I couldn’t be accommodated because they were about to close and the quesadilla is only available digitally. I understand that the quesadilla is a digital exclusive but when the app isn’t working and a customer drives to the store to be told they can’t be assisted by the staff it doesn’t make for a great experience.

This place sucks, you can’t get through to speak to an employee because they hang up on you. Horrible customer service.

The better Chipotle of the Dallas proper area. Better staff, nicer customer service, and very good portion sizes. I’d rather walk 1.5 miles on the Katy trail from State-Thomas to come here then go to the one 500 ft from my apt.
