The staff is what you'd expect for min-wage workers, just there to kill time. The soda fountain's water dispenser was jammed, and water was gushing out endlessly, and we alerted them to it, but they watched it happening with blank stares.

It’s 9:22 you close at 11 and don’t have all ingredients for a bowl. No veggies no beef just close early if that’s how i r going to operate. The. You employees had no empathy and as i walked out the door they all started to laugh

They stop cooking an hour before close

This is the third time at this location this month, that they run out of chicken and steak way too early. It was 10:20. There’s was even a lady in front of me complaining about it’s well.

I went to this chipotle to grab dinner. I got there and I have to pay for parking?? I tried calling to ask if there was a spot for free parking. I called 14 times. No one answered.

To the young lady with the red hair that wrapped my burrito tonight, thank you for your kindness. I just buried my best friend and this is the first thing I’m eating all day having been up since 3am. Thank you.

Chips were a little stale first time that has happened before but overall it was clean and employees were very nice and assisted in getting the job done

The owner must not know what is going on with this store. I’m a business owner and I would be appalled if any of these team members were on my team.

I usually don’t post stuff like this…
But my friends and I walked into Chipotle at 9:50 PM (they close at 11).

Every station was basically packed up. The team had already shut down the line.

2 out of the meats was available, it was old and dry. Sour cream wasn’t available. Brown rice and white rice was disgusting and they wouldn’t let us eat inside.

I get it—no one likes late customers.

But imagine clocking out 1 hour an 10 minutes early in any other job.

This isn’t just laziness. It’s a total disregard for work ethic.

It’s wild how low the bar has dropped.

I was sitting outside and they lost 5 customers while we were there.

Worst chipotle in Dallas. I came to this spot because my usual spot at Fort Worth Ave didn’t have some ingredients. This might be the worst chipotle in Dallas. Food tastes like rotten fish. The rice is overcooked. Forth Worth Ave is not the best either, but my goodness this store is horrible.

Delivery driver tried telling us that our order was stolen and that the restaurant doesn't do replacements? Tried calling to ask if that made sense to them and took 10 minutes just to lie to the AI bot that wouldn't transfer me to the store phone unless I told it that it was an emergency and only a live human could help with, until it finally rang until nobody answered. Then that driver dropped the order and the next one brought it no issues but said they were given grief at the restaurant. OK dokie will gladly go elsewhere. Qdoba is now worth the time and distance.
