Went it to buy a quesadilla, told me I could no longer get a quesadilla in person, that I have to order it online. While I was standing there, no line behind me, 3-4 employees sitting down eating lunch. Would have been reasonable to tell me but also make it, since I am standing there trying to eat lunch. Pretty poor service honestly, didn’t explain why or anything just said no twice.

Ordered on line and payed for extra chicken and sour cream for my ordered and received neither I tried to calling the store to come to a resolution but no one seems to want to answer the like where are the managers on shift? Not happy at
We went in an hour before closing time and the staff seemed to have most of the prep line and kitchen closed down, didn’t have any ingredients (no meat of any kind, vinaigrette, rice, or beans) to prepare food and did not care to help customers coming

This is a great location, you can tell that they have an excellent manager. The staff is friendly and always smiling and they have the burrito/bowl line down to a science. It get crowded there but the line moves fast. Also the have a lady named Gloria who is the best.

These people do NOT answer their phones. A simple “please hold” would even be better than just completely not answering the phone. I’ve literally been in the restaurant, called to see if they’d pick up considering they weren’t busy at all, and nope. These people are just blatantly ignoring the phone.
