I went here after my game hoping to enjoy some food , didn’t catch the female working but dam she acted like the way she filled up my burrito would affect her hourly pay . I asked for chicken and she gave me 4 pieces i asked for more n she said it would be double but where was the first portion?? They need to do better almost crashed out on this female .

It a step or two up from traditional fast food. Even though they "don't have a freezer" most everything comes pre-packaged, so, take "it's made fresh" as you may.

This is our third time at this chipotle and we only keep giving it a chance because it’s the closest one to our house. The restaurant and prep areas are always really dirty. Tonight 12/21 just after 9pm we placed an UberEats order for pickup and as I’m entering the restaurant I see the employee go from cleaning the pickup prep area to prepping our food with the same dirty gloves. I ask for our order and she rudely says “ confirm the order” and I say “what are you talking about it’s not a delivery” so she responds “yes it is” then gives me the food.
Consumers - avoid this place at all costs! Chipotle - Please do better at training your rude employees!

This place is cheap and does not give full portions. Especially on to go orders. This is the third time I have ordered to go, and the bowl is half full. I will definitely order from other chipotle’s in the future.

The staff is not friendly at all, the place was open at 10:44, I entered and one of the employees closed the door in my face because they open at 10:45, then she went in to laugh with the other employees about what she did, I did not see the logic in that lack of respect, I do not recommend them at all.

Usually Chipotle is very good. But I've noticed at this specific Chipotle location there is quite a few times that I have gotten undercooked rice beans and hard meat. I was very disappointed today when I ordered I did call and make a complaint. The service was awesome but the food was on the low scale.

3:20pm 11/3 Got a double portion of meat in my burrito, the girl making the burrito was reeaaally stingy with the portions. Even the guy in front of me ordering was proding her about how small of portions she was serving. The guy at the register was chill so he didn't charge me for the double wrap, but man I think everytime i go the burritos get smaller. Yall I think we need to start recording people making our burritos again :( big sad.

Diana fixed my bowl today and I was impressed how she made sure I got a good amount of food in my bowl. I don't eat at Chipotle anymore because they short the amount of food they serve lately. But I'm glad I walked in here when this team was working. Thank you
