This is the 2nd time this location has packed the wrong order! Last 3 times inside the restaurant employees are rude and cannot get the order right! I’m not gonna lie to you. This is by far the worst chipotle location ever never take my advice never order with them through DoorDash Uber eats etc. because they would cheat you out of your portion. I ordered a bowl and it was nothing but rice and no toppings I’m like seriously I had to go and bring it back. I ordered a burrito. The burritos always messy. It’s never the right toppings is the meat is always burnt. The only time I get good food is if I have to literally drive all the way to this location from my job and watch them, and it’s never the same employees. They have a revolving door it’s always employees every time every time. is one consistent girl that does cashiering, but she does nothing to help with people that is on the service line. One girl was new and was having a hard time and she just stood there, twiddling her thumbs and I had to literally ask her to give her coworker a hand.

Don't like feeling rushed through the line bc I have a big family and a bug order I'm a high paying customer like everybody else , I can see if I d3idnr know what I wanted I told them exactly what I wanted and still felt rushed get it together chipotle Training employees on quality customer service. out of all the chipotle locations this one by far is the worst came at 9:30 this one worker was going to take my order than started working on another burrito? then another worker took my order asked for barbacoa no barbacoa asked for steak not even a full scoop was put on there after the burrito was made didn’t wrap it right or was it tightly sealed, the burrito was absolutely disgusting the sc tasted like water the steak tasted like a rubbery tire also getting ranged up on the register asked for a medium drink the guy that was gonna take my order left another girl came then again i asked for a medium drink and she asks me what meat was in my burrito i say steak now mind you she had no gloves on didn’t even wash her hands and starts trying to look in my wrapped burrito never again that is absolutely disgusting. To top it off i asked if they still had chips he goes yeah we do then the girl beside him goes no we’re not selling chips like do u wanna get paid or not?

First time I went to this location when it opened the food was very disappointing. So I gave it some time to see if it improved, I decided to give it a try again a 2nd time over the weekend and was left even more disappointed 1 bowls meat was full of fat/skin, the 2nd bowl rice and beans weren’t fully cooked all the way and they hardly gave out any chips for the chips and queso and to top it off the chips were stale. I will not be coming to this location after this again.

TRIED TO EAT THE GRILL IT WAS TOO TOUGH ALMOST BROKE TWO TEETH!! NOW THE WAITRESS IS ANOTHER STORY SHE WOULDN'T LAY STILL ON THE TABLE AND SHE REFUSED TO BE SEASONED UP( I BET THAT SHE WAS MORE TENDER THAN THAT OLE TUFF GRILL) AND BET THAT SHE WOULD'VE TASTED MUCH BETTER THAN THE GRILL TOO!!! I'LL BE BACK NEXT WEEK FOR SOME GOOD FILET OF WAITRESS IF SHE LAYS STILL ON THE TABLE!!!

I've eaten at better Chipotle's. This one seems to be inconsistent. The food seems to be on the colder side. For the cost it's just not worth it.
If I could do 0 I would. This might be the worst chipotle location. I use to love chipotle, but the customer service is terrible. They are always out of something. Today when I asked, the reply was "do you see any in there? This is all we got"... and when I asked if there was any on the grill; they made it sound like they weren't planning on it till the dinner rush. Last time I was here, the person didn't know how to make a burrito, and added 4 scoops of salsa to just half a scoop of protein. Last attempt today, and will never go back. FREEBIRDs is the place to go. Would add a picture, but that would require actually being able to get food

I went to Chipotle at like 8:45 and they had put the napkins away, and were taking all this sauces to the back. The restaurant was full of people. I can understand you're trying to prep for leaving, but how hard is it to restock a napkin holder or put tobasco bottles away?
