My son got food poisoning yesterday, so something was old... ive called no answer... So please go to a different location... and my son works right across from them... Threw up after eating a few bites of the food...

I hate that I have to do this but I’m highly disappointed in the fact that not ONE employee greeted me when I walked in. Not ONE. I was the ONLY customer in line to order. I stood infront of the order line waiting on someone to atleast let me know I would be helped shortly. Every last person kept working while I was standing waiting. I stood and waited for atleast 2-3 minutes. I finally decided to walk out and as I’m walking away one employee said “excuse me ma’am .” But I kept walking because at that point I was so frustrated in the lack of acknowledgement. Please acknowledge all customers when coming in. A simply “hello, one moment,” makes a huge difference.

Nobody spoke English. Messed up every thing after they fixed the bowl twice. Horrible attitude, dude didn’t care and cashier didn’t care. Everything I didn’t want they gave me over and over again. Worst chipotle ever, then they not going to reach out and make it better. So until then, everyday I will leave a horrible review until they actually give a damn. EVERYBODY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CLOSE THE WHOLE DAMN BUSINESS DOWN

Unfortunately Chipotle is no longer the same chipotle that started in Denver CO, their meet portions keep getting smaller and smaller. This location is not very clean, tables aren’t wipe often the floors and restrooms are usually dirty. And the worst part is some of their employees like the one on this picture. I asked the young server if he could give me a side of cilantro or add some on my steak bowl and the lady immediately told him “WE CANNOT DO THAT!! I then asked the cashier please & politely and the lady in the back agin started giving the whole story of why they cannot give cilantro, I turned around and walked away, and the one thing I did hear from her was “we cannot because of the way we wash it” 😳

I’ve been eating at this chipotle for over 8 months and sadly i’ve watched the food quality go down the hill quickly. This has just begun to happen over the past 2 and a half months. Back in July they changed a lot of team members because the previous ones were sent to “repair” another chipotle restaurant. What I mean by “repair” is fix a chipotle that isn’t doing well and is suffering from the same issues that this one now is going through. The old manager at this location was amazing. She was very on top of the service provided, food quality, and cleanliness of the restaurant. This new team couldn’t care less about the food quality that they’re producing and the horrible service quality that they’re offering thier customers. Hopefully a new manager can come in and restore things to how they were just a few months prior. Another thing to add is the quality of the guacamole has dropped dramatically so for the sake of your taste buds don’t order it if you come here.

The food at this location is consistently bad. Unusually drenched in oil.

20 minutes wait to get a mobile order! I placed before they opened up been waiting outside for 30 minutes! I will be doing a chargeback with Amex for my money! Horrible service with 5 employees inside and can’t open on time!

The service that I received was deplorable! There were three teenagers/young ladies working behind the counter and only one customer sitting in the lobby when I entered this location today at 6pm. I am sure that at least one of the employees heard me enter the store and I noticed that two of them saw me approaching the counter. However, none of the ladies acknowledged me entering the store and failed to greet me while I was standing at the counter to place my order. I had to greet them and request that someone assist me. The employee that ended up fixing my order “greeted” me with no words but a smirk + chuckle. She obviously was amused by me having to request that someone actually assist me. I was extremely disappointed in how unprofessional, tasteless and childish the employees reaction was. I understand that this isn’t a 5 star restaurant, but how has management allowed such service? The ball was dropped heavily with the customer service training of these employees. I will never patronize this store again. I wish that I could give this location 0 stars! This needs to be management’s sign to hire and train better.
