READ THIS! This location is not the one I frequent but I thought that I would visit since I was in the area shopping. It was Thanksgiving Eve and I needed to catch dinner. I remembered that the BOGO deal was happening so I ordered 2 bowls. The staff was very helpful during the order. The restaurant was clean and the food looked fresh. The workers had on gloves and kept the serving area clean. I was happy to see these protocols because other Chipotles that I've visited were not as attentive to details. I get to the counter and forgot my wallet :( The staff was so kind and assured me that they would care for my food as I located it. The manager stepped in and asked if I needed assistance. I am so happy that this incident happened at this location because I am sure I would have received a different reaction elsewhere. I am happy that this unlikely event lead me to the right place. I think I have a new favorite location! :) P.S. And the chips were fresh!

I work nearby and visit this Chipotle often, I've been meaning to write this review for a while. The food at this location is always great, fresh, generous portions. More importantly the people who work at this location are always very nice. I specifically want to call out the woman who works at the beginning of the line. She is always kind, smiling, friendly, etc. 5/5 for this location.

One of the best Chipotle experiences Ive had! The food was delicious today, really tasty. The chicken was moist and hot, the veggies were fresh, she let me sample the bf and Barbacoa and Valerie was superb, Very helpful and friendly. Great job. Way different from my last Chipotle review, well done y'all

Stupid manager wanted to charge my for a bowl for a side of white rice
Yesterday, August 27, 2025 I tried to go into this location on Park Lane and if anybody knows the difficulty it is to even park and that location knows that I was making an effort to go here . It’s around 215 pm or so and only a few people inside the business. Also lack of staff was present but the lack of care from the person at the front line was mediocre not helpful so I ended up not ordering because the food beginning with the beans looked dried out and when I asked for fresh beans, she didn’t know when they would be available until somebody came from the back and informed Also when she retrieved new beans she ended up placing old beans on top. Very frustrating especially since according to some of your advertisements it mentions fresh made daily so if the front line food looks dried out, something needs to happen. It shouldn’t be the customer pointing out these items. She also tried to give me burnt chicken and was skimpy on the portion so I left I said no thank you you can serve somebody else.

Placed an order online for delivery close to 6 pm which should have arrived by 6:30 via their delivery partner, door dash. After waiting an additional hour, I decided to bite the bullet and drive to the Park Lane location to pick up the food myself. I was informed by Daniel at Chipotle, that the Dasher picked up the food long ago - but apparently never delivered it. Kudos to Elizabeth, Daniel and Kim for offering to make my order fresh and resolve the door dash disappointment. While I'll never use the delivery feature on the site going forward, I will definitely return to this location because of their excellent service. Thanks for saving the night, guys! To Dasher: Matthew F - I hope you are enjoying my kids dinner.

Came here couple days ago and was helped by the rudest most disgusting girl , I always believe if you don’t like your job get a new one it’s not the customers fault and is unfair to be treated this way as much as I tried to be patient because I know we can all have a bad day this girl seemed to be mad at the world , any time I asked for extra even if it was charged she had this attitude as if it bothered her for me to ask , when I kindly asked her to be careful as her hair was dangling she proceeded to claim she knew the rules and it was okay , it sucks because live at the Galerie apartments couple feet from this chipotle but she made really made my experience uncomfortable and disappointing she was a brown complected Asian girl or she could be Vietnamese not sure dark hair wore glasses , I was told her by her peers her name is Kim .
