Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle used to be my go to but lately it’s been a bit disappointing. The portion sizes feel noticeably smaller than they used to be even when I order the same thing. Service is still pretty prompt for the most part which I appreciate but the prices keep going up while the bowls keep getting smaller. It’s starting to feel like less of a good deal especially with other spots like CAVA offering more food for around the same price.

I was in and out in about 5 min. This was just after 1PM.

Perfect place to have a meal and gather with friends.

Good food fast

They're fast and efficient and had all the options available. Which was good because it was around lunchtime and the were busy.

Will never visit this location again!! So upset that I spent my $20 here!! One of the front line workers was very very very RUDE for absolutely no reason and when the manager was told she literally laughed it off and did not even address it!! My coworker and I were in shock!! Very bad business!!

I see so many people complaining about Chipotle but I eat at this location 2-3x a week and have never had an issue going through the line. Don't do online orders. Try being nice. There are 6-7 Chipotles around me and this is the best one.

Walked and waited several minutes for service just to be told they only accept online orders. Might as well close up shop guys. Needless to say I won’t be returning if I have to put spyware on my phone just to order dinner.

Parking: Tight parking situation

Had burrito bowl, just rice, chicken n little cheese. When asked for little bit more chicken, the person said “THATs EXTRA, n will charge u for two bowls”. I was like really ? Wow. Seems like they want to save n take those extras home. Would give them 0 if that was an option here.

Ambience wise, the trash is not taken out n the thrash is all over. Not a good vibe. Only reason I went there was it was walkable 4m my hotel.

Zephania I hoped I spelled that right was amazing!! Very kind and very helpful! Professional and great customer service! The whole crew was amazing to me and my husband. My partner and I got food poisoning. We both had to go to the hospital. We was sick as a dog . stomach was hurting terribly, and I was vomiting all over the place. I should have left when I encountered the first worker..the heavy set lady with the eyelashes. She wasn't polite at all. The customer service was horrible. I will NEVER EVER return to chipotle. This location has messed it up for ALL locations. Never again!!

I mean, the place is close to me so I guess that’s cool. My problem with this location is besides the fact that they barely fill any bowls without an attitude, EVERYTIME I come in… the sour cream has everything but Sour cream in it so it seems… I’ve heard many people make complaints about this while asking for sour cream…. you’d think the workers would’ve learned by now. Of course I could ask them to remake the bowl but why?? How hard is it to NOT have hell of corn, lettuce, peppers, in something as simple as SOUR CREAM. Get it together foreal. It’s nasty and not a good look.

They never make enough crispy taco shells or salad dressing. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve doordashed a salad and there’s been no dressing

The 1st person i encountered prepping food was a bit univiting. She had a system. Burrito or bowl. Brown or white rice. Black or brown beans. Serving people isn't for everyone. I wanna go where the people are inviting and friendly. Bad vibes. My guac-o-mole looked not so fresh.
