All the tables were visibly dirty. I notified the staff, but no one came to address the issue. We ended up cleaning one ourselves just to have a place to sit

My white rice was hard . The lady taking my order and putting my bowl together coughed not once but twice . Then to begin with walking in a homeless man asking me $13 to be exact . Yea I won’t be coming here again .

I visited the location on mockingbird lane here in Dallas Texas !!! I am very very disappointed in the portion size of my honey chicken bowl that I ordered through the mobile app and retrieved at the location . There is barely any rice , lettuce pretty much everything !!! Chipotle knows better and needs to do better !!! As you can see from the picture the bowl is not even filing the bowl !!!FREEBIRDS is better than Chipotle on any given day !!!

Update 8/22:25 I tried to give this location another try but I’m done !!! Harley nothing in the bowl
, hardly any chicken , lettuce, rice I don’t get why they are not taking complaints serious !!! Last 2 pics of this review is today !!!

This location has horrible servers the 12pm shift refuses to put 4 oz of meat on my order, I know this seems a bit much to say but if I’m paying you 12 to 15$ for my order every other day then I expect to get what I am suppose to get , not giving me less because its a busy time or day or you don’t like me as a customer , I eat there a lot and this location is close to my job , I have been dealing with this issue for months , I get eyes rolled and shoulder bumps when I come in as if the are deliberately planning to cheat me because of my prior complaints ! I to work in customer service and this place has the worse and they are the most busiest that I have visited ! I’m very unhappy and would like someone to contact me regarding my issue! I hate to leave bad reviews but I also know that reviewing helps with service ! Your other locations like Webb Chapel and Irving are 5 freaking stars !!!

A great spot for a good Chipotle lunch on the way to Granbury from DAL!

Come to this Chipotle if you want to be berated for money on your way in and out. Don’t worry though, while you are in the store the staff will do absolutely nothing to help you out. Big chipotle fan, but this is far and away the worst Chipotle in DFW all around.

Chipotle used to be my go to but lately it’s been a bit disappointing. The portion sizes feel noticeably smaller than they used to be even when I order the same thing. Service is still pretty prompt for the most part which I appreciate but the prices keep going up while the bowls keep getting smaller. It’s starting to feel like less of a good deal especially with other spots like CAVA offering more food for around the same price.

Perfect place to have a meal and gather with friends.

They're fast and efficient and had all the options available. Which was good because it was around lunchtime and the were busy.
