Hands down the worst location in Dallas costumer service is horrible. Went in with my cousin who is visually impaired and felt completely rushed to order one of the young ladies closed up my order before I could even finish letting her know what I wanted. I’ve had problems with this location in the past but this is definitely the last strike. Please don’t spend your money here.

Food was really good I got the quesadillas and they were delicious. However, the customer service needs improvement. The girls working in the evening always seem like they don’t want to be there. I tried asking questions about the menu and the girl helping me barely said a word and pretty much ignored me. Hopefully next time the service will be better because the food really is good.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Their chicken is raw, EVERY TIME! I ended up coming back because i thought the first two times had been an accident, but yet, again today my chicken is FULLY RAW. This is so dangerous for people. How can you possibly be serving food like this? I will make sure to report the person that cooks the latest shift because it has been raw 3 times already this month.

All the tables were visibly dirty. I notified the staff, but no one came to address the issue. We ended up cleaning one ourselves just to have a place to sit

My white rice was hard . The lady taking my order and putting my bowl together coughed not once but twice . Then to begin with walking in a homeless man asking me $13 to be exact . Yea I won’t be coming here again .

I visited the location on mockingbird lane here in Dallas Texas !!! I am very very disappointed in the portion size of my honey chicken bowl that I ordered through the mobile app and retrieved at the location . There is barely any rice , lettuce pretty much everything !!! Chipotle knows better and needs to do better !!! As you can see from the picture the bowl is not even filing the bowl !!!FREEBIRDS is better than Chipotle on any given day !!!

Update 8/22:25 I tried to give this location another try but I’m done !!! Harley nothing in the bowl
, hardly any chicken , lettuce, rice I don’t get why they are not taking complaints serious !!! Last 2 pics of this review is today !!!
