I came specifically for a large quesadilla and they refused to serve it…”it can only be ordered through the app” which is inconvenient and annoying. The restaurant was dead, there was no one in line behind me…I left without food :(

I was having a good day til i got to this chipotle on April 9th, 2024. First the closing Manager on duty at this location made me disgusted with the way she treated customers with attitude. Not just the way she treated us as customers but with the way she made the environment feel. She was not only rude to us but rude to her employees. i have never been disgusted with the way a manager was supposed to be. this is unacceptable and made me and my partner in such a disbelief that someone like that. A MANAGER, can just be allowed to treat people as what they think doesn't matter. I am complaining about the closing manager who was on duty on April 9th, 2024.

I feel like if you come here, you know what to expect. Chipotle is chipotle; they get slammed at lunch and are sometimes super busy, but it works in a pinch and gets the lunch or diner job done. This location is better than most in the vicinity. The staff are pretty attentive and the portions are reasonable. It usually pretty clean unless they are slammed. Only complaint: Be warned about their soda machine here - the Coke tap is almost always broken and pulls air, resulting in splashes and an inability to fill your cup. Seriously, it always does this and goes everywhere resulting in a sticky mess. If I come for lunch, I pretty much resign myself to Diet Coke or Mr. Pibb.

If you order from here through Uber eats you'll get a huge bowl of rice and beans and two pieces of meat. HORRIBLE! whoever is making those online orders needs to be fired!
