Ordered a quesadilla, food was crispy burnt and the pico was brown 😕. Either burnt or cooked on a dirty surface. This is the second time this location has served rancid food. The first time I threw it away bc the pick was brown and the sour cream smelled expired.

How do people eat this hot garbage? My daughter wanted it, so I picked it up. The beef was so chewy and tough it was inedible. I've only tried Chipotle twice before in the last 10 years, and now I remember why I don't eat this crap. Gross all the way around.

This establishment has poor costumer service. Today I went to get a quesadilla and I asked for veggies on the side instead of on it, and I was charged for it. Their attitude was extremely disrespectful, never going back again.

The absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to.
No soap in the bathroom to wash hands so very concerned worker’s hands are not sanitary to handle food.
Restaurant was actually dirty because no team member bothered to clean up after previous customers.
It took forever to order.
Food was the blandest I’ve ever tasted and they actually told me it was extra for an additional salad dressing.
I pray I don’t get sick from eating at this location and I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this spot to ANYONE!

They say they open @10:45 am I’m standing at their door at 10:46 and they clearly see me and still do not unlock the door. I waited till 10:50 AT THE DOOR and knocked. So unprofessional of them

Visted at 9 pm. Staff was friendly, food line was missing several important items I wanted :( Missing salsa and pico :( These are son popular that they ran out, supervisor said they had a very busy day, understandable. But still, Made my experience Not so great, I almost stopped the guy from building my bowl but I was already there, so I just suffered thru. Meeting pars and metrics is important but a sad customer is worse. I may try this store again, but I probably will not.

Food is hit or miss, workers constantly changing, trained to give you least amount of food possible. Lately they have been filling the bowls up with rice to compensate for the other food they aren't putting in the bowl. Almost all workers are never friendly. Recently, they have made it where consumers are being charged to put their toppings on the side which is dumb. If I have to go home and warm up my food I can't warm up sour cream and other cold toppings. I guess they expect us to eat cold food. I won't be back until they change that and I was a loyal customer.

After reading the awful reviews here, and knowing someone who had a bad experience, I did not have high expectations today, but I decided to give it a try and make my own judgments, I have nothing but good things to say, the staff was lovely, the food was great, and I have zero complaints ! Way to step up your game!

Amazing service! I don't know what's happened in the last couple of years, but the staff has become so great! Everyone actually provides wonderful customer service and has a terrific attitude. A real joy. Plus the food is delicious.
