Coming to this location is either hit or miss. Today on a Sunday the location had all doors locked and when someone finally came to the door they said they were only taking online orders. So me and 2 other customers sat in the location and placed an order while the workers were playing loud music and being rude and turning people away. The. The girl was rude and not acknowledging me at all as I waited for my order. They are horrible. Horrible horrible.

Morning from until 2pm are the best communicative and enthusiastic people. They actually know how to give portions to people meanwhile the people in the afternoon.. Went a couple times not so proud about that. Cashier young lady who gives really bad attitude and doesn’t know how to react on time stares at you weirdly and just gives off negative energy. If you don’t want to work then don’t.Managers have a lot of patience and are very nice and actually do their job unlike other chipotles I’ve been to. Guy in the line with a beard long hair is very nice and always has a positive attitude and is very communicative.

The worst customer service and they do not fulfill orders online correctly. I've ordered twice from here in the last couple of weeks and they have forgotten portions of my order and gotten it incorrect both times. When I walk into the place they do not greet you. They keep talking to themselves until they prepare the food. They only asked me what was my name and then they said my order was ready and plopped the bag on the counter and walked away. I will be ordering from a location other than this one ever again.

I’ve been a loyal patron of this particular Chipotle, visiting twice weekly without fail. However, my recent experiences have been marred by interactions with new staff members, notably a new employee with blue eye lenses. Despite my specific request for “very less rice” in my chicken bowl, he added three generous scoops, blatantly disregarding my preference. Attempts to communicate further adjustments were met with a similar lack of engagement, no eye contact, and an apparent absence of listening skills. It’s disheartening to see this lack of attention to customer requests, especially when the order of the person before me was also inaccurately prepared by the same individual.Contrastingly, the presence of a senior lady staff member who exudes friendliness and attentiveness highlights what makes Chipotle generally appealing. Her demeanor starkly contrasts with that of her newer colleagues, who seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.This disparity in service quality suggests a need for Chipotle to enhance its employee training programs, ensuring all staff, especially those newly hired, are equipped with the necessary skills to engage properly with customers and accurately fulfill their orders. While my allegiance to this location remains, I hope to see improvements in staff training and customer service, reaffirming the high standards I’ve come to expect from Chipotle.

Was ignored for the first 5 min. Staff went to the back while two were doing online orders. When I was finally helped the staff member was only worried about what time it was and mentioned that she gets off at 9:30 three different times. I walked in at 8:45. I can't trust this location anymore. Food was mediocre...

This location has the most miserable employees. You're greeted with Frowned faces and bad attitudes. And evidently this location is rationing chicken. They will not give you a full scoop. I come here a lot but after this visit I'm done. You can find better food and service elsewhere. This is the first review I have ever taken the time to do. It should be noted on what kind of service you will get from this location.

The location is great but the service is terrible. Let’s start with it being 11:15 and the doors are still locked. 6 people standing outside including an infant. The employees are inside slowly getting the food prepped which should have been done earlier. The door says open at 10:45 and we didn’t get in til 11:15. When we got in the man unlocked the doors and just walked away. Did not even bother to open the door or greet us good morning. Walking to the service counter was dirty. When I got there the other guests followed and they took another 10 min before one girl says what can I get for you. No smile no eye contact, I did not fell welcomed here at all. As I’m sure the others did not. Not one persons said hello or greeted us. I really feel this location needs to hire people that are more pleasurable

Blue haired manager Jacob Onsongo has no class and very unprofessional! Threw away my daughters food after we asked for lettuce on a kids taco! Weird!
