I went here in a Sunday. I found the customer service to be friendly. I ordered a burrito and the portions were plentiful. I also ordered guacamole and found that chips were sold separately. I would recommend Chipotle to others .

Came in for a bowl at 8PM they were out of dang near everything and it was told that they will not be making more of the items missing. They close at 11PM, this is a consistent thing with this location.

The one on Fort Worth ave they are very disrespectful and rude they always run out of everything at a early time around 7pm are 8pm and refuse to go get the items they are lacking I will not spend another dollar there they should be closed down are get a all new staff

Came to pick up and order. There was 3 people making one bowl for a consumer. They saw nobody was at the register and didn’t bother to help, simply rolled their eyes. One of the girls starts ringing up the order and still doesn’t ask just walks away. The eye roll was disrespectful and there was no need for it. A simple “someone will be with you in a second.” Is all that’s needed.

This location is so bad that i would rate them a 0/5 if i could. Every single time i have ordered online, they never failed to mess something up like forget to put an ingredient or mixup the drink. Doing online orders they don’t let you know when they are out of sides or ingredients even if you have to pay extra for it. Every time I’ve gone in person after 7pm, they are always cleaning 2-3 hours before closing. Customer service is hit or miss in person but you can always count on them not having ingredients like cheese or lettuce even 2 hours before closing.

I really hate leaving a bad review because I truly love Chipotle, and this location is only five minutes from my house. But this has become a constant issue. After 7:00 pm, they are always out of basic ingredients like rice, beans, corn, and salsa. That’s literally the core of the menu.
On top of that, the customer service was terrible. There were three employees working who were very rude and unhelpful, which just made the situation worse. I spent over $30 and still didn’t get what I wanted because so many ingredients were unavailable.
If you’re going to stay open, you should be stocked and ready to serve customers properly. This really sucks, and I hope management addresses both the inventory issues and the customer service.

The reviews are not lying. I decided against ignoring the reviews. I came in at 8pm,they close at 11, and was told they are out of cheese, lettuce and pico. 3 hours before closing seems wild to be out of simple ingredients. The workers seemed to be cleaning up.

Came in around 8:00 PM and employees were already cleaning as if the store was closing, even though it was still dinner time. They were out of almost everything: no lettuce (was told it was “for online orders only”), no sour cream, no meats, and even the chips were gone.

After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a recurring issue at this location.

When I asked to speak with the manager, the manager on duty laughed as if I was joking and did not provide the correct information to file a complaint. Very unprofessional.

I hope corporate management reviews this location, as this level of service is unacceptable.

This is the second time the workers state they are out of the items at 9:30 pm. My question is come the morning is the manager going to run to Walmart to make sure they can have toppings ex: lettuce, sour cream, and etc?

This location is ran by children. I walked in at 7 PM to order a bowl and they were out of carne asada and did not offer a wait time, they were also out of queso and chimichurri and when I asked if there was a wait she laughed and said we are out.
