The customer service at this Chipotle has been on a steady decline. The other night I stopped there to pick up a rice bowl. Got all the way to the end and the lady said they didn’t have guacamole and would not be making more. I was there between 8-8:30 pm with the store closing at 11 pm. I told the lady had I known they were out of quac and not making more I would have not ordered anything. I find it odd that this isn’t the first time they have run out of something hours before closing and refuse to make more. So basically customers need to make it there at an earlier time or else we have to piece together a meal??? Why stay open until 11 pm if the options are slim the later it gets?Today I just stopped by again to give them another chance and had yet another not so pleasant experience. The girl that was making my bowl put so little rice and beans, I asked her to put more. She responded more what with an attitude then just threw the rice and beans on my bowl.Needless to say, I won’t be back. I am normally a repeat customer going there sometimes 2 times a week. I won’t do that now. I will not spend almost $20 for a bowl of rice and chicken and receive bad customer service and attitude at the same time.I don’t know if you all find it hard to keep people there working or if it’s a shortage but your customer service is horrible and will soon run off loyal customers such as myself. From now on I’m going to cook my own rice, beans and chicken at home.

Visited them today 03/11/2023 around 6:45 pm The food is great don’t get me wrong. And the service is always great! But it was one dude in there today that was trying to take over the whole line. “Well just work the whole line yourself why don’t ya?” He was not letting them ladies work the line. He was just taking the bowls and snatching from them. He just kept taking over and the place wasn’t even busy… It was horrible!!! Hispanic dude with black hat and glasses and beard. Didn’t get to catch his name

Ordered a salad, but they have no salad dressing. Wasn’t advised of this until asked about it when paying. They said there was no cheese, but found out the staff didn’t want to shred it. Got drinks but no ice. This is a common theme at this location. The staff aren’t friendly either. Avoid this location at all costs.

Chipotle is My life ! Love the food the location is near by .
Maybe it was because the weather was gloomy and rainy , however the staff looked as if they were in need of a little help all the ingredients were low , they were out of chips so this didn't make me feel like my meal was complete . It tastes so much better with the crunch of the chips while eating ...... Maybe my next visit will be better

First time trying the plant based bowl. It was actually pretty good. Funny thing is, it tastes pretty much the same eating the veggies since they are stingy with the meat anyways ?. Guess that's why I been ordering double meat these days prior to dieting.

Horrible service, asked the little girl behind the counter for black beans. She said they didn’t have any didn’t let me know they were just out she just stood there, staring at me, wanted to charge you almost 2 dollars for queso, but gave you one little bitty scoop, that was Crusted on the bottom of the pan, been to other chipotles in the area and the service was so much better and you got a full bowl not a half a bowl of everything
