Worst bowl o had in a while. Carnitas were very dry. Looked like they had been overcooked and maybe even reheated.

Whoever was there this past Friday from 1:30-2:00pm. You guys were amazing! Everyone was working so hard. The food was delicious the customer service was excellent. Such an excellent team. This location has become one of my favorites.

I’m never one to complain about a chain restaurant because you can’t expect much from them, but this by far the WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION!!! Corporate needs to come out and retrain here!! This is the second time within a week, that the rice is undercooked, and grainy af. Made the entire bowl inedible and a waste of $15-$17. It’s like eating sand. Don’t bother coming here.

I live in Lakewood so I really want to support this location. But I just can’t anymore! If you order online for delivery or pick up, it is ALWAYS wrong! I don’t understand why! If you order in store, the employees are always rude and it’s gross to watch them make the food because they never change their gloves touching all the food, their phones whipping things off the counter with their hands/gloves. This location must have an absentee owner(s) because there is no real management of this place. I’ve given up, just can’t force myself to like this place just because it’s in my neighborhood!

I am a diehard Chipotle fan but when I ordered delivery from this particular branch, I was highly unsatisfied. The rice was crunchy, the chicken was old, and there was very little cheese. I literally only get three ingredients so messing that up is hard. If the restaurant wasn’t five minutes away, I could understand the quality issues (but it wasn’t).
I then went to the restaurant a few days later to give them another chance. Same. Freaking. Issue. Not very pleased with this branch. :(

It's a very bad cashier. I'm respectful. They don't have adequate behavior. One star is too much. They're not all of them, and those who know how to care for the customer.

I sometimes go to this chipotle because it is close and easy to my place of work. Every single time I go in this chipotle I get a different portion size usually far too small. Also never open on time they are supposed to open at 10:45 and often aren’t open til 11. Finally employees become rude when you try to question the portion size. What a joke considering the recent price increases.

I had one of the best steak bowls and guacamole at any Chipotle for awhile. I ordered online and just went to the shelf to pick up. Later went up to get a cup for water. Everything was fine. I was avoiding chipotle for awhile but the meal today was scrumptious. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but did read a lot of negative reviews. Maybe Chipotle needs to have more of a pay incentive for their employees. Happy employees generally equal happier customers. Chipotle supposedly making billions in revenue each year...find a way to pass it along to your employees so that you are retaining good people working your brand.
They have always made Quesadilla for me and now tonight they could for some reason and I was the only in line.
Zero customer attention from employees at this location. They closed the location early (before 5:30pm), no sign in front, pickup orders still available, no google business hours change, nothing. Two employees inside the store completely disregarding customers that come to pick their online orders.

Worst location around. Manager can’t even have a normal conversation without freaking out and getting defensive. Really poor customer service. But if you like $18 chipotle burritos with an attitude and literally worst customer service I’ve seen in 30 years this place is for you!
