Horrible !!! Does not listen to what you put on the order. I placed an order on door dash I put no rice they put rice and decided to give me a skimpy bowl this place is horrible tried to call, it sends you to a customer service line NOT this store on Gaston ave in Dallas !!!!! This is awful and a waste of money… and another thing it’s not the door dasher it’s you !!!!! On Gaston ave you messed up my night and inconvenienced me.This is beyond disappointing why would you give me a skimpy bowl with additional rice I did not ask for. Are there people working here with no eyes ? Or can’t read this is ridiculous and I will be escalating this to corporate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review Title: Excellent Customer Service Makes All the Difference

I stopped by Chipotle today and noticed I was rung up incorrectly after looking at my receipt. I brought it to their attention — they apologized right away, but I’ll admit I was pretty upset at first because this has happened before.

A few minutes later, the manager came out while I was sitting down to eat. He saw the receipt on my table and personally handed me a full refund for my meal, even though I only asked for the difference. That gesture really stood out.

Mistakes happen — it’s how a business handles them that counts. The fact that they owned up to it and went above and beyond to make things right truly shows great customer service. I left feeling appreciated instead of frustrated, and that’s something I value a lot.

Staff working was not friendly, when I walked in there was no one in line, on their phones, cashier had sun glasses on, young man that waited on me made me feel like I was a bother, just rushing me. Please train staff on customer service. Not to mention I wanted grilled veggies but I saw tray was empty, Staff did not come across approachable to even ask for grilled veggies.

The place was very nice and clean. They were fast and efficient. I give a HUGE 5 star review especially to the employees Bryson, Corey, and Julianna. They were above outstanding. They hey were friendly, accommodating, and friendly. They had great team work. I truly amazed at their professionalism.
