Filthy! We went to one near SMU. Looked for a clean table; there weren't many but we found one. The floor had mashed food, couldn't eat there! Finally found a clean table across the restaurant with a clean floor. We ate our food & got out of there...left a review on their website. NEVER going there again!!

They gave me the wrong order and then tried telling the other person who’s order they gave me that she never ordered.. Next time instead of playing around how about you actually work and do the job you’re there to do? The workers were laughing and singing so loud while they were supposed to be working. Like come on. It was the young employees— one with blond hair and glasses. This happened on a Friday night. Do better! :)
If there was a documentary about the downfall of chipotle, this location would be the featured store. Portion size is sickening.

I pull up to Chipotle expecting consistency, but it was halfway locked in this time.
🥩 Steak had good flavor but wasn’t fresh off the grill. Rice was fluffy but uneven, and they skimped on the guac like they were paying for it outta pocket.
Service was cool, not rude but not welcoming either. No eye contact, no energy it felt more like a transaction than an experience.
The vibe in the store was chill though. Clean setup, good flow, not overly packed.
If you need something quick, it’s still a go. Just don’t expect top-tier unless they on their A-game.
3.5 stars. Louie K’s Up but not fully leveled up.

Completely unacceptable chipotle for the price you charge. what do you mean you don’t have vegetables, and wasn’t even preparing even after i inquired about them. I even waited 20 more minutes and still not grilled vegetables. They had the audacity to charge me full price. You didn’t even have the freaking ingredients that’s insane. Whoever is in charge here older mexican lady, #1 get a new eyebrow technician and #2 chipotle reevaluate your choice in choosing this to be a representation of your company. I love chipotle and I’d hate it for it to decline due to the people you allow represent.
